ascending and descending pain pathways]. Spinal mobilization (SM), a form of MT, is a common
treatment that has been effective in relieving neck pain according to Cochrane Review (Gross et al
2015). A recent systematic review (Coronado et al 2015) concluded that although the pain relief
from MT seems to improve PPT; the pain relief, however, is not associated with PPT, a measure of
the ascending pain pathways. Whether the pain relief from SM is due to its effects on the

I make my way down the sand with the scorching sun shining bright in my face, trying to reach to
the cooling ocean as fast as I can. I feel the ocean s continuous movement of the currents shifting
back and forth, making me think about how the ocean currents create the rubbish patches, gathering
bits of plasticon the way. I wonder if people think about the consequences of littering before doing
it and the harm that it has on the sea life?
Over the last few decades human activities have become a danger to marine life, through marine

historical battle that took place between British and Russia during the Crimean War. Tennyson
wrote the poem as a remembrance of the heroism and bravery the British soldiers showed during
the battle. The poem is well known for its repetitive rhythm that is used to portray the sound of the
charge. The repetition used in the poem widely affects the rhythm, emotion, and story being told.
Without it, the poem could not have nearly portrayed the strength of the battle as well as it did.
This poem uses a technique known as falling rhythm. Falling rhythm is when the stress is on the
first beat of the line, and then falls off for the remaining words. This can be deemed important

audience of this video would be all fans of animeand electronic music, i.e. presumably young
people who proactively use electronic devices. The video is set in three main sequences, each

that this young man lost all meaningful relationships in his life because of his unrealistic
expectations of women due to pornography and the representation of women in popular culture, and
how his addiction to these forms of media only made it worse. The purpose of this video is to
highlight the issues with unnecessary sexualization of women, escapism and addiction, as well as

Standing here, in this arena that is one hundred times larger than my home, I feel like a needle
in a haystack. So many people surrounding me it s like I m one grain of sand in a whole ocean.

The OIC told me that he would have rather the unit fail the inspection than to see me allow

The evidence of the studies is very crucial and justifies the need to incorporate the proposed
intervention (using the CHG dressing) in the project. Purpose of the Study Extensive evidence
based research on interventions to reduce the risk of CLABSIs have shown a substantial
decrease in the rate of CLABSIs. One of the recommended guideline is the use of CHG dressings
for coverage of the CVC insertion site. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness
of the CHG dressings compared to the standard dressings in preventing the rate of CLABSIs.
The CHG dressings will be the study experimental intervention while the standard dressings will
be in the control group. Theoretical Framework Planning and implementing change can be
challenging, however, utilizing a process and change model such as the Stetler model (Stetler,
2001) can result in an achievement of the intended change. The Stetler model, was first
developed in 1976, refined in 1994, and last updated in 2001 and it addresses five phases that are

and it involves isolating and affirming a need, identifying where the need will be applied, and
