Description of my Writing Process
In my writing process, pre writing was my initial step where I had to find the
narrative to write. I had numerous stories in my mind, but I had to get the best, which
draws inspiration to me, and the one that could teach valuable lessons to my audience.
So, I had to refer from that childhood memory regarding the most significant
narrative. However, I had to build up on the story. Therefore, I had to use the myth
worksheet issued at class, to make sure that my story meets all the course
requirements. Apparently, I had to make some changes (revise) the narrative, to
deliver the most intended life lesson to my audience. That is when I decided to plan
and structure on what to write down in particular.
The actual writing was my second step, where I had to start writing my draft.
However, I had several challenges at this phase, such as word count, grammar issues,
among others. Apparently, I had to write several rough copies of my narrative. Again,
I had to get the best time and location to eliminate any potential distractions. In fact,
at this stage, I had no confidence with my narrative on whether it will convey a
relevant meaning to my audience.
But now the writing process was advancing well, and I started revising my paper.
When revising my narrative, I had to adapt A.R.R.R.R approach where, I had to add
some words, rearrange my paragraphs and sentences to consider flow, pacing, and
sequencing of my story. Again, I had to remove the irrelevant parts, considering
whether the reader will acquire the required message. Finally, replacing them with the
relevant words and phrases.
My final step was editing and proofreading. At this phase, I had to check for clarity,
grammar, repetition, punctuation, and spelling. Editing and proofreading were
detailed processes since they were the last step in my writing process. At this
moment, I had gained confidence in my paper, since I had read it several times,

The only thing that the people gained from exerting violence and burning down Sal
s pizzeria was self satisfaction. They thought they were being the big man when
really they just burnt down one of their main food sources in the neighborhood. The
people of this Brooklyn neighborhood needed to come together when trouble was
afoot, but failed to do so. They learned their lesson that violence is not the answer,
the only way they can lead civil lives is by eliminating violence and getting educated
on their racial views. Do the Right Thing was an eye opening movie that brought
across many controversial topics that are important to address. Spike Lee did a
good job incorporating so many different ideas into the movie, each character
represented something important and not one person was a waste to the movie.
The in your face attitude of Lee helped showcase his ideas in the film, he simply
would not let you look the other way. Heat was one way he brought you into the
movie, it was included in almost every scene of the film. Every conversation had at

The mind is about mental processes and thought, while the body is the physical
aspects of the brain. For years, philosophers have been perplexed by the mind body

On the other side of dualism is interaction. Interaction is the way the mind and body
interact among each other, so the three variations of this are interactionism,
epiphenomenalism, and parallelism. Interactionism is where one believes that the
mind and body influence one another. Next, epiphenomenalism dictates that mental
occurrences are caused by physical ones, but have no influence on the physical. Now
parallelism is different because it shares the view that both mental and physical states
are not casually interacting, yet running in harmony with it. These are all the
different types of dualism that have been theorized to this day.

problem. However, there are others that believe monism is the ideal theory towards
the question. Monism is the view that the mind and body are essentially one. Within
monism there are several different types; idealistic monism, materialistic monism,
neutral monism, reflexive monism, substantial monism, attributive monism, and
absolute monism. To begin, the idealistic monism view is one that shows the mind
being all that exists and that everything else is simply a part of one s mental
depiction. Materialistic monism on the other hand is the complete opposite in that it
