2. The Persuaders Report on documentary for marketing class
In this documentary, PBS uncovers the evolution of marketing. Marketing has moved from
targeting large groups, to targeting individuals and smaller segments. With so many messages being
transmitted through the media, the line between what is being absorbed and what is not has
become blurred. Getting through the clutter is difficult. Every thing is done to break through the
clutter. Therefore, marketers need to market to only those who really want to hear the message, and
to get those people that hear that message, to have an emotional response to it.
One of the ways to break through the clutter in advertising is to create meaning through emotional or
spiritual branding. Marketers are targeting consumers in a way that tries to get ... Show more

Song is not just a company but an attitude. They looked for people who had what they thought were
a character trait called song, as if someone could be song. Employees auditioned by acting in
character and demonstrating their song attitude. Their attitude was not only a representation of
what their product was, but their attitude was the product as well. The utilization of creating an
attitude that mirrored the attitude that the consumer wanted in a product was not just appropriate,
but genius. Their goal was a good one, to create something that communicates with the person on
another level, aimed at heart and not the head.
When trying to emotional brand someone, pun intended, one must appeal to those feelings or
causes that elicit an emotional response, one that leads to brand loyalty. Brands become an
invitation into a whole new lifestyle. They are looking to transcend through spiritual meaning.
Saachi and Saachi is an advertising agency, Kevin Roberts, its CEO, describes a loyalty beyond

how emotional branding occurs, which leads to brand loyalty. For example, picture a Cherios

The details that Sandra Cisneros chooses to include in The House on Mango Street are both
effective and appropriate. Most of the details revolve around interactions Esperanza has with the
other characters, her neighbors, and demonstrate who Esperanza is, and how she changes. Each
interaction teaches Esperanza a new lesson that she can and will use later on in her life, and the
lessons the young girl learns are also important for readers, especially other young girls, as they
are applicable to everyday life. All of the details are very appropriate to the setting and plot of the
story because Esperanza can use each lesson she learns, so they are not pointless. The details
Cisneros includes are all important in many ways, and are very effective in communicating lessons

Johnny Tremain by Esther Forbes and Johnny Tremain by Disney were both different, yet they
were the same in some ways, too. There were no extreme changes, in terms of the plot. Some
things, although, were left out of the movie that were in the book. The book definitely had more
information and detail than the movie. In this essay, I will be talking about the character
differences, Mr. Lyte, and the concept. I prefer the book, but I recommend the movie, also. One
extreme change was that there was no Dove, Isannah, or Pumpkin in the movie. Dove was a very
important character. He gave Johnny a cracked crucible on purpose when Johnny was breaking the
law on Sunday. Johnny did it to finish a sugar basin for John Hancock in the book,

Why would you change your name? A couple of people have, like Eric Blair, author of Animal

Charlotte, Emily, and Anne BrontГ«, and C.S. Lewis. They changed their names for a similar

The firm internationalization literature is extensive, but dominated by studies of technical, often
large, firms. The service firm internationalization literature is slowly growing. Few international
contributions are found investigating the advertising industry and no such studies focus on the
Swedish market. The PR industry has been internationally neglected. This study investigates four

Lastly, these authors used quantitative research method, which generally limits the freedom of the
respondents in answering questions. The Public Relations, PR, industry has been internationally
neglected. A possible explanation to this neglect is that this industry has been assumed to be the
same as the advertising industry. The gap in research should by now be evident! Despite a growing
body of service literature, the internationalization of the advertising industry and the Public
Relations industry in Sweden has remained unchartered territories for research. The
internationalization motives and the entry modes for the advertising industry in USA are
somewhat known, but the PR industry is neglected internationally. The link between motives and
entry modes in the advertising industry is blurry even from an international perspective and the
latest contribution was released in year 1990. Furthermore, it is unclear what importance the
concept of psychic distance (Johanson and Vahlne 1977; Johanson and Wiedersheim Paul 1975) has
for the international expansion in these industries and if and how business contacts

enables these industries to internationalize (Johanson and Mattsson 1988). Additionally, there is no
recent research focusing on these industries after the globalization of services and the enhanced
importance of services in the World and in Sweden. Finally, a case studyapproach has not been

9. Different Methods For Transfer Energy From One Source
Introduction:
Conduction, Convection and Radiation are three different methods to transfer energy from one
source, such as an object, to another. The method of conduction takes place when atoms or
molecules move at a higher speed after heat is absorbed at the surface. In doing this, the particles
bump into each other, transferring their energy. This allows heat energy to be passed through the
object until the heat source is removed. Convection is the flow of molecules or atoms through a
fluid state such as liquid or gas. When heat is added, the molecules that are closest to the source
get hotter and are pushed to the top forcing the cooler molecules to the bottom to then repeat the
process. Radiation is the transfer of energy through waves, which can be transferred through solids,
liquids and gases. This process does not have a need for particles for energy to pass through.
Insulators are used to stop or reduce the transfer of heat energy via conduction, convection or
radiation. Insulators to prevent conduction contain many air pockets. Solid materials are often used
to reduce convection and reflective insulators are used in the reflection of radiation.
Infrared radiation is a form of electromagnetic radiation that has a greater wavelength than visible
light. Although infrared can t be seen to the human eye it can be felt as heat energy. All objects eject
and absorb infrared radiation, but at different rates. An object with a higher temperature ejects more
heat than an

They also experienced double consciousness which means society judged them one way while

13. The Benefits Of Metropolitan Growth
A metropolitan refers to an area that comprises of a densely populated urban area and sparsely
populated surrounding regions that share infrastructures, housing, and industries. The growth of
metropolitan areas is essential for the nation and its citizens because they are the key political and
economic regions. Metropolitan covers one or more urban areas, towns, satellite cities, and rural
regions that are socially and economically joined to the urban areas. Various studies that had been
conducted regarding the development of metropolitan areas, particularly in the United States, have
found out that various factors have played a crucial role in fostering these developments. Some of
these factors include; crime, race, immigration, and design assimilation. It is, therefore, significant
to understand the benefits of metropolitan growth, who reaps them, the cost of metropolitan growth,
and who is responsible for paying these costs.
Benefits of Metropolitan Growth One of the benefits of metropolitan growth is that it brings unity
in the society. For instance, in the United States, it created unity between the American citizens and
the immigrants. Nicolaides and James assert that design assimilation, thus, was a facet of the
production of affluent suburban space, in which white and ethnic Asian suburbanites played
complicit roles (335). Asians accepting the prevailing designs shows that they were embracing the
American style. Connolly also postulates that the development of

In looking at the story there is an emphasis on Arjuna struggling with the outcome of death and
destruction as a byproduct of war, and not on fighting the war itself or determining whether the
war is justifiable. The god Krishna tells Arjuna he must perform his duty. This emphasis on Arjuna
having a duty or job with a binding responsibility that must be executed provides a reason why
Arjuna is justified in fighting. Sen stresses that with this responsibility to fight, Arjuna did not
dismiss any consequences of war on own personal life or the lives of other. Sen presents three key
points that can be taken from looking at the Bhagavad Gita (Sen 208 211). First, he asserts what
occurs in the world has an inherent value or significance in our moral and political thinking.
Second, if someone is faced with making decisions that hold a significant weight or that could hold
serious consequences has a necessary personal obligation to take responsibility for any outcomes
that happen based on their own decisions. Lastly, there is a tendency for those in these situations to
take into account their own personal relationships and for these bonds to hold a certain weight in
how the person makes their decisions (Sen

20. The Dred Scott Case Against Slavery
In the 1780s, there was a question of whether slavery would be tolerable in new territories to
threaten the Union. Throughout the decades, many compromises were made to avoid disunion.
But the Constitution was not clear on this subject which created quite the discussion nationwide
when raised in 1857 before the Supreme Court in the form of the Dred Scott case. The Dred
Scott decision was an eye opener to Northerners that believed slavery was acceptable as long as
it stayed in the South. If the decision took away any power Congress once had to regulate
slavery in new territories, slavery could quickly expand into much of the western United States.
Realizing that once slavery expanded into those territories, it could quickly spread into the once
free states. Many Northerners remained silent on the issue, this very possibility was too scary to
ignore. Northerners who had not previously been against the South and against slavery began to
realize that if they did not stop slavery now, they might never again have the chance. The
growing fear in the North helped further contributed to an ongoing dispute between the two sides
which eventually lead to the Civil War. A couple years after Chief Justice Taney read Scott v.
Sandford decision, half of the Union had seceded and the nation was engaged in civil war.
However, because of the passions it created on both sides, Taney s decision certainly quickly
accelerated the start of conflict. Even in 1865, as the long and bloody

Zoloft can be taken with other drugs and will not have any synergistic effects. Furthermore there
are no antagonistic effects, when you take Zoloft there is no other drug that counteracts it that
will make you depressed. Zoloft is not necessarily an addictive drug if taken properly. If a person
takes the drug more than the prescription says and if taken at random times they can become
addicted. Other than that Zoloft is not an addictive drug, if users listen to their doctor when they
say how much to take mostly likely they will not become addicted. In some cases people who
take Zoloft become reliant on it because if they do not take it anymore they will fall back into
depression. When they become reliant they become addicted and it becomes extremely hard to
stop taking it. However these addictive effects in most cases are not physical but psychological
addicting because the drug is the only reason the user is staying normal. A treatment for Zoloft
addiction is that your doctor will begin to prescribe smaller doses over and long period of time
to get the user to become used to taking less. This process will continue until the patient is no
longer reliant on Zoloft. Zoloft is a great drug to use for patients with depression. Patients must
make sure to take the correct dosage and listen to their doctor to insure they do not get certain side
effects. Zoloft is a drug that is

Leading Economic indicators offer statistics and data about the economy. There are a total of ten
economic indicators that the conference board uses to gather statistics and data to determine the
status of the economy and what is expected. This helps them determine what businesses and people
should and should not do for the future of the economy Three leading economic indicators that have
been on the media lately are the average weekly hours and manufacturing, manufacturers new
orders, consumer goods and materials, and Buildingpermits, new private housing units. The first
leading economic indicatorin the latest press release of the business cycle of the United States is the
average weekly hours and manufacturing ( Description of components, 2012, February 6). For the
month of March, businesses showed acceleration in manufacturing. This is the second straight
month in March where manufacturing production has grown. The Institute for Supply Management
said its manufacturing index was 53.2 % in February while it turned out to increase to 53.7 percent
for March ( US manufacturing expanded more quickly in March, 2014, April 1). This increase
shows how manufacturing production increased from February to March by .5 percent. Although
this is a slight increase this shows how there is either growth in the companies or the economy is
getting better. Any Readings of 50 percent and higher show an expansion or a growth in

24. The Effects Of Peer Pressure On Children
Teenagers feel peer pressure everyday in their lives, whether in school or out in the town.
During teenage years, kids in school differentiate themselves from their parents. Not only do
teenagers give in to peer pressure, but also come up with unintelligent ideas at school. Thinking
and feeling that their ideas are worth a million dollars. One of my friends in my math class at
Spanish Fork Junior High came up with a careless idea that ended very reckless causing
someone to get injured. When your friends come up with a crazy idea you need to keep in mind
that consequences can occur if you give into peer pressure. Peer pressure not only has negative
consequences, but also can have positive outcomes as well. In ninth grade my friends were
playing out in the fields throwing footballs at each other during lunch time. Next to us there were
a couple of girls who were doing tricks on each other shoulders. They were on the Spanish Fork
High SchoolDrill Team, and that s when Chris got the idea that we should all try to do what they
were doing. I noticed some girls were doing flips from each others shoulders. Chris, who
considered himself to be very strong and athletic thought that it was the coolest thing. He wanted
me to get on his shoulders and do back flips off. I told him no several times. He kept insisting
that I would be fine. Chris and my other friends were pressuring me to give in, I hesitated a while.
I was not thinking of what could go wrong, instead I listened to Chris

school districts all over the United States of America. With this law being enforce by the 14th

. . . And since California law did not allow for separate Mexican schools, the requirement that
children at tend such schools could be considered arbitrary action taken without due process of
law. (Charles Wollenberg, All Deliberate Speed, 1976, p. 127) This case could not have gone to the
Supreme Court because the law of the state said nothing about segregating Mexican Americans in
the Constitution (http://www.cr.nps.gov/history/online_books/5views/5views5h99.htm) . On
Brown vs. the Board of Education it was a little different, because Black was considered a
different race; and according to the Plessey vs. Ferguson case of 1896, it states it could segregate a
race, as long as it provides a separate but equal law (http://www.cr.nps.gov/history/online_books

Now that we know a little bit more information about the trial, lets learn why all the Mexican
American parents got together in order for their kids to get the same education as all the other
Caucasian kids in the neighborhood. It all started in the late 1920s 1930s. As the Mexican and
Mexican American population started to increase in California, more white Americans started
getting scared; this led to segregation in schools. Not only were schools getting segregated but
housing was also being segregated as well (Maria Blanco, The Lasting Impact of Mendez v.

In Toni Morrison s From the Bluest Eye, she writes about a girl who is in conflict with the
societal norms of the time period. The girl was given dolls to play with, but she does not
understand why she has to play with them and what makes the dolls beautiful. It is made clear that
the girl never wanted dolls and nobody ever asked her what she wanted as a toy, yet the society she
lives in tells her that girls play with dolls and nothing else. This story raises several interesting
ideas, such as why were dolls made and why does society want girls to play with dolls? A larger
question that the story raises is whether or not there is negative or positive effects on girls who
play with dolls. Dolls have been around for a long time, but no one knows how dolls were
created or their main purpose. Some research found that Barbie were created for various reasons.
In addition, dolls also started many controversies among parents and scientists. There have been
various studies conducted concerning the role of dolls on various aspects of a girl s life. Some
of the studies conducted focused on girls playing with various types of dolls and how the dolls
affected their self esteem and body image. Other studies conducted focused on young girls playing
with dolls and how the dolls affected girls as they got older. Another study conducted focused on

29. The Road Of Immortality And Glory
The Road to Immortality and Glory
Gilgamesh and The Illiad are epics that tell a character s struggle to gain immortality and glory.
Gilgamesh and Achilles s motivations to gain immortality and glory are quite different. However,
their journeys in trying to achieve these things are quite the same. Through the journey of trying to
obtain immortality and glory, Gilgamesh and Achilles teach their audience the true way a person is
able to gain immortality and glory in life.
Although greatness, honor, and dignity are shared influences on the motivations of both characters,
their personal motivations for wanting to achieve such things are different. Gilgamesh s motivation
comes from the death of his companion, Enkidu. Gilgamesh states, Shall I not die too? Am I not
like Enkidu? Oh woe has entered my vitals! I have grown afraid of death, so I roam the steppe.
(59. lines 3 5) Enkidu s death instills anguish and panic in Gilgamesh regarding his own fate.
These feelings of uncertainty and anxiety send Gilgamesh on a pursuit to find immortality, so that
he can live forever. Achilles, on the other hand, is motivated by glory, respect, and honor. It is
imperative to Achilles that he be known as the greatest warrior. This title is crucial to Achilles
because of the immortal fame it would bring him. Each character s motivation for wanting to
personally gain superiority is different. For Gilgamesh, it took the death of a companion before

The problems of Intellectual Property Rights In China
Abstract After Deng Xiaoping s reform and opening up policy in 1978, China recorded an annual
average growth rate of 9.67 percent in China. This is approximately three times higher than the
average annual growth rate of global economy which is 3.3% within the same period. Past 29
years, due to rapid growth rate, China ranked the 2nd in trade volume and size of economy.
However, many side effects are appeared due to the rapid economic growth. This study will
measure what is the current state of the world s counterfeit goods market, why people violate the
IPR protection and produce counterfeit goods, what is the problem of IPR law enforcements and
how violating law and producing counterfeit goods in China influence the world.
Introduction Both economically and socially, influence of China is substantial. Economic and
social status of China is firm that it can not be oversighted. However, intellectual property rights
have been rising issues in China. First step to solve the problem is realize there is one. It is

In a private correspondence from George Washington to Irish politician Edward Newenham, the
president responded to Newenham s description of the violence between Catholics and Protestants
in 1792 by stating that, Of all the animosities which have existed among mankind, those which are
caused by a difference of sentiments in religion appear to be the most inveterate and distressing, and
ought most to be deprecated. Two hundred and twenty two years before Washington penned those
words, those deep rooted and disturbing resentments between Catholics and Protestants brought
about a massacre of thousands of Protestant victims in the Paris, its neighboring urban centers, as
well as in the countryside on 24 August 1572. The Saint Bartholomew s Day Massacre was one of
the bloodiest events in early modern French History, and initiated an intensified and bloodier period
in the War of Religion. This paper will analyze testimonies from Catholic and Huguenot viewpoints
by looking at the massacre s historical context, the massacre itself, as well as its importance to the
Reformation. By presenting information from primary and secondary sources, this paper looks to
examine the massacre and the Catholic Church s culpability, and whether the leaders within the
Church could have prevented the slaying of thousands of innocents or simply nurtured longstanding
resentments in order to eliminate their religious opposition. To fully comprehend the enormity of

As a second year BEng Electronic and Electrical Engineering student a project had to be devised
which would consist of Electrical Engineering concepts and not Mechanical Engineering. This

that tasks could be carried out by each member.
Several project ideas were then made by each group member. The ideas which were thought of
by myself included a hybrid solar and wind battery charger, a parking sensor and also remote
control blinds (Appendix A). Research had to be carried out on each project idea to see if it
would be beneficial for the group to construct the project. After much consideration and setting up
multiple meetings with the group, a decision was made that the best option would be go ahead
with a home automation system which would run over the internet and Wi Fi. Several factors
were vital in choosing why this project was chosen ahead of other ideas. The project had to be
something which had not been chosen previously or chosen by another group. Costing, limited
amount of knowledge on tasks which needed to be completed, and the time availability which was
given over the course of the year were reasons as to why other project ideas were not chosen and
why the home automation suggestion was selected. 2.1The home automation system

understanding the state of mind of the audience, who can excite the emotions, and understanding
the reasons why people become emotional. These 3 can be seen in the line people killin, people
dyin , children hurt and you hear them crying. This line is so captive and immensely strong just the

43. New Product Development ( Npd )
New Product Development (NPD) entails introduction of new products or services to the market. In
today s environments, NPD is crucial to many companies due to a number of reasons: firstly,
international competition is increasing rapidly; markets have become fragmented and demanding;
again, technologies are changing and becoming more diverse. (Bigliardi, Eleonora, Roberto,
Giuseppe, 2010). In order to always be ahead of competition as well as maintain a competitive
advantage, organisations have integrated NPD into their corporate strategy and also offer products
that are well aligned to target customer needs. (Calantone, Vickery, Dröge, 1995; Damanpour
Shanti, 2001). Therefore, success of many companies have been attributed to... Show more content

Thereafter, conclusions and recommendations for improving the NPD process of the company
are enumerated. Literature Review Various NPD models have been proposed as a result of
evolution of design of NPD process throughout the years. Specifically, three major generations of
NPD models are identified. (Bigliardi, Bottani, Rinaldi, 2013) For the first generation of
models, NPD process was perceived as series of stages to be conducted chronologically to
simplify innovation activities. (Bigliardi et al., 2013). Works by Klompmaker et al and Hanan
(cited in Bigliardi et al., 2010) proposed an NPD model comprising of 27 steps and a 24
activities flow diagram appropriate for non industrial goods respectively, while McGuire (cited
in Bigliardi et al., 2013) proposed a similar model for industrial goods. Another model proposed
during the early 1990s indicated NPD steps were performed in parallel or concurrently (Clark
Fujimoto, 1991). Cooper (1994) postulated a third generation of NPD models, which involves
moving a new product from idea to launch mainly incorporating discipline into a process. Even
though there exist differences across various models, in terms of the activities recognised, each
theoretical element shows a framework that is significantly similar. Most of the stage based
models denote the process as a series of linear activities, having feedback loops between each
activity. New

44. Corn Essay
Corn America
The demand for corn has greatly increased because of its many new found uses but mainly
because it has been discovered that corn can be use as an alternate energy source. This great
demand for corn has increased many area of farming and production of corn here and other
countries such as Mexico and South America. This great demand has lead to an increase in
farmers who are willing to cash in on these cash crops and try to earn a few quick dollars because
of the great demand for it. In 2007 Corn farmer saw record profits because famer where getting
twice as much for corn as they did in previous years. The same trend continued but farmers dealt

This would create and elastic effect on the corn market because the huge demand for corn oil
will remain the same but with the discovery corn for energy it has made it a hot commodity and
very profitable amongst farmers therefore corn oil would take a back seat for now until other
resources can be used to produce energy. These farmers are going to slow down their
productions of corn for corn oil and increase the production of corn for energy because it is the
more profitable thing to do and its makes perfect business sense. Now the demand for the corn
oil remains the same, but the productions for it has slowed greatly if not stopped, this means that
farmers and corn producers will need to raise the price of corn for corn products so they will be
able to stay on the market longer and have a longer shelf life until another year or harvest comes
around.

45. Simon Wiesenthal Thesis
Forgetting is something time alone takes care of, but forgiveness is an act of volition, and only
the sufferer is qualified to make the decision ( Quotes ). Simon Wiesenthal took a stand in history
by bringing to justice over 1,000 Nazi criminals after WWII ( About ). Although a silent
protagonist, he helped the world realize how the Holocaustimpacted the millions of Jews in
concentration camps. In the short term, his efforts brought hundreds of war criminals to trial and
served justice to those involved in the violence of the Holocaust. While in the long term, his efforts
brought global awareness for the victims of the Holocaust. Simon Wiesenthalwas born on
December 31, 1908. The beginning of his life consisted of the harsh realities of WWI. His
father, a soldier in WWI, was killed while being enlisted in the Austrian army, leaving Simon
alone with his mother. He graduated from college in the early 1930 s where he earned an
architectural engineering degree. With the motivation towards architecture, Simon set up a
small business in Lviv, Ukraine. He later married Cyla Muller, his high school sweetheart. After
a few years, Simon, along with thousands of other Jews in Ukraine at the time, were taken by
the Soviet Union to a bedsprings factory to serve as workers. Russians began to deport Jews
from the factory to Serbia. Simon and Cyla were still together at the factory, so he was
determined not to leave her. The working conditions there were harsh, and many of his relatives
were killed because of them. The two worked at this factory for several years, until one day
when they received a notice from the Germans. They were both being sent to the German Eastern
Railway plants, the first of many concentration camps for Wiesenthal ( Simon Wiesenthal
Biography ). Simon and Cyla were to be executed by the Nazis within the concentration camp. His
prayers seemed hopeless, until his one of his friends, who worked within Ukrainian Auxiliary
Police, saved his life. He helped him to escape execution by the Nazis at this camp. This, however,
did not stop him from being sent to a different camp. Simon was then immediately sent to the
Janowska concentration camp along with his wife where he was forced to

46. Stages Of Emotional And Cognitive Development
Title Discuss examples of emotional and cognitive development in children and the role of nurture
and nature. In understanding the emotional and cognitive development in children, many theorists
including Bowlby and his attachment theory, Baumrind theory towards parenting styles and also
Vygotsky and his theory on social development, have all worked hard over many years of
research into producing theories on understanding how the development of children is important.
It has been found that emotional and cognitive development are becoming linked much more
closely as children grow. There is constant advancements and research in old and new theories
towards a Child development. In this essay, different theories will be discussed about child
development such as their, social, emotional, cognitive and language and how the role of nature
and nurture adapts to these theories. Within the research filed of a child s development, old
theories are constantly being questioned, developed, improved or disproved. This questioning
often leads to new theories developing and evolving. In the early 1900 s Freud proposed that
there are only 2 basic drives that serves to monitor all thoughts and emotions and behaviours, sex
and aggression or Eros and Thanatos. This theory basically states that everything we as animals do
is to enable us to procreate and so continuing our bloodline. These actions for example could be,
bettering ourselves as humans to appear more attractive, in doing so

APNs from helping patients to the full extent of their education, training and certification (The
Ohio House of Representatives, 2015). When OH HB 216 was brought to the forefront more

50. Positive Impact Of Two Stable Biological Parents On Children
Positive Impact of Two Stable Biological Parents on Children
The debate on the type of family structure that has a positive influence on children has been widely
contentious. In the recent years, the family structure has continued to change. Many people in the
modern society have continued to change their attitudes when it comes to matters of marriage and
raising children. There are more single parents in the society today as a result of divorce and
separations. Consequently, this has contributed to an increase in the number of children brought up
by single parents. The current changes in family structure have become an issue of public concern
because of the effect it has on both the parents and children. It is evident that children who are
brought up by two biological parents do well as compared to children raised by single parents.
Biological parents in this case refer to married couples who relate to their children through blood
(Bachman et al., 2012). The single parent can be a biological father or mother who takes care of
the needs of his or her children. Two biological parents play an important role in providing the
children with necessary support during younger age by employing various parenting styles and
practices. Marriage is a social norm and the idea of raising children should be a combined effort of
both parents. Children raised by single parents lack good parental care and support which impact
on their lives years later. This paper discusses why two biological
