Indigenous Residential Schools were experimented in parts of Canada was early as the 1620s but
they had very minimal success in accomplishing what they wanted. Missionaries ran the residential
school but found it hard to recruit students, keep them at school, and they complained that they
could not physically punish the children. The state got involved in the schooling of Indigenous
children after Canada became a country in 1867 (Blackburn, 2012, p. 290). Canadian residential

assimilate Indigenous children into Euro Canadian culture. The schools were operated by Christian
churches and they thought that by removing Indigenous children from their parents and

Discrimination is a long word, difficult pronunciation, tough to spell; yet, usage is exceedingly
common. Righteous teaching discrimination is simple to define. Unfair, unjust, underserved
treatment upon one is my views of discrimination. Discrimination is done intentionally. One cannot
state unfair treatment upon an induvial was mistaken.
Discrimination is highly found in the workplace. Workplace discrimination is instituted mainly by
employers; however, it transpires among employees. A few examples of workplace discrimination
is not being promoted, hired, friended, praised, heard, or given earned salaries. Leading causes of
the above examples contributes to race, ethnicity, religion, age, weight and gender.
Why should anyone be discriminated in the workplace? Working people in today s society should
know discrimination is immoral! Sadly, many working people are not righteous; therefore,

centered (Banning, 2005). Didactic pedagogy is defined by the teacher controlling what is to be

to information and those who don t have the access. We would be a perfect example of the

mirror chip. The most common application of this projector is in movie theaters. In movie theaters,
films are shown by digital light processing projector, which emits light through color wheel and
reflects it with micro mirror chip. The two main technologies of digital light processing projector,
color wheel and micro mirror chip are engineered so precisely that it can create at least 16.7
million colors and refresh a screen 120 times per second [1]. The technology of digital light

The purpose of my study would be to see the correlation between cyberbullying and youth suicide
ideation and attempts. This study aimed to examine adolescents experiences with cyberbullying
because, victims of cyberbullying often report feeling frustrated, angry, and depressed (Patchin
Hinduja, 2010). Cyberbullying can have a negative impact on a youth s life and by conducting this
study we can gain a better understanding of how cyberbullying manifests itself in adolescence s
behavior, including suicidal thoughts and attempts. I would use a mixed methods approach to
examine various aspects of cyberbullying, including students involvement in cyberbullying,
reporting behaviors, and suicidal ideation or attempts. To gain more detailed information on the
effects of cyberbullying on youths suicidal ideation and attempts, I would utilize both quantitative
and qualitative data. Since cyberbullying itself is a complex issue combining both quantitative and
qualitative data can help to enhance the theory of the research.
Sampling
Participates will be students from five middle schools within the five boroughs of New York. I
will collect data from 80 students, ages 11 to 14 (40 females, 40 males). Students will be chosen
by school staff at the middle schools who expressed interested in participating in cyberbullying
