Abstract: In this paper we present a load measurement scheme for home energy management system
with energy demand management. The proposed system will have control of various appliances that
are available in the home. It manages household loads according to their predefined priority and
guarantees the total household power consumption below certain levels. The home energy
management system will receive the demand response from the utility side. The goal of the system is
to encourage the consumer to use less energy during peak hours or to move the time of energy use to
off peak times such as nighttime and weekends. Thus the high peak to average ratio (PAR) of power
will be avoided and also we adopt real time pricing. The utility company use real time dynamic
pricing to coordinate demand responses to the benefit of the overall system. Hence for this purpose we
need to measure the power consumed by the various appliances that are available in the home.

Compare and Contrast two criminological approaches to understanding the commission of crime.
Criminologists seek to understand the commission of crime in a given society, attempting to figure out
why certain crimes occur, and then to study how these can be prevented, and deterred by individuals.
The two key approaches I will examine in this assignment is that of the early Classicalist approach,
and the opposing Positivist approach, each of which are crucial for understanding modern criminology

Bentham then invented his idea of the perfect prison, the panopticon. This was a model prison where
all prisoners where observed at all times by unseen guards. The Classicalist approach involves the
punishments being just and reasonable, however still being able to deter individuals. This approach
has been criticised by numerous theorists for many reasons. To begin with, despite this continuing
change of the punishments towards offenders, from the earliest codes of public executions, towards a
more subtle reformation and rehabilitation scheme, the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 mirrors
this idea, murder rates have not significantly changed. Also this theory emphasises much on rational
thinking and freewill, however it is debated that we do not always behave in our best interest, there are
times when individuals are intoxicated by alcohol so are not as conscious of their activities. Moreover,

My favorite career is the auto mechanic. The auto mechanic works on cars correct . Well to me i love
cars. Cars are just awesome machines. Cars can get us from point A to point B. Unless you break
down. That s where i come in. If you break down or get stuck i can come and help you get out of that
pickle. Shure auto mechanics do more than just fix cars we also modify cars for example. From what i
just told you is sounds pretty fun but there are also the times where all you get to do for a day is sit in
a workshop and just inspect cars, But when you get someone who hates doing it themselves the you
can have some fun installing parts and other stuff like a turbo or two. That is why i like the mechanic
career. What would i be doing in this career you might ask well like i said in the last paragraph. If you
