either being on the top 20 in tournament winnings, top 50 on the money list/Rolex Rankings, or
again have a sponsorship. So, in my dreams I could possibly qualify and participate in this

There are around 160 players that qualify for this tournament and play on Thursday and Friday,
but to play for the weekend, they have to make the cut. To make the cut, the players have to shoot
four over par, which makes for high competition to make the cut. This would leave around 70 ladies

Twisted Hero Essay Terrorism, one of the most twisted causes in the world, is seen as heroic to a
some people. And when considering cultural ways of viewing heros, we generally put them on the
highest pedestals for what they do. They are seen as admirable and an image people strive to be.
But, a twisted herois not some who is put on that pedestal. They are not admired and look upon as
great. By definition twisted means unpleasantly, or unhealthily abnormal. Also, if you just think
about it, twisted is something grotesque in nature and not desired upon being. Therefore, a twisted
hero is someone who although they use unconventional and undesirable methods to advance a

by Yi Munyol, he presents a number of different characters within a classroom setting to be a

1. Cultural relativism relies on social ideals to dictate whether or not something is morally right or

the first few lines make the reader expect the opposite of what the poem is going to suggest. This
surprise becomes important for a piece that is orally performed because it generates attention,
which creates an appeal to the ear and perception of linear succession (Pfeiffjer 3). Sappho,
cutting against the harsh beauty of the military, reveals that it is what one most loves that is the
most beautiful. This exclamation of love makes the reader expect an immediate explanation of
who or what Sappho places this love in, but it is not revealed until later in the poem. Surprise
combines with suspense and from the moment Sappho begins, the audience expects her object of
love to be revealed (Pfeiffjer 3). There is, however, a difference between the two translations. In
Mary Barnard s translation, the course of the priamel is broken into two different stanzas, putting
more emphasis on the establishment of the militaristic expectation the reader suspects. Yet, in Anne
Carson s translation of the poem the lines about the military are in groups, followed by the line
what you love set alone, drawing attention to the different tone being established (Carson 4). Where
