Generally, the process of maturation of rice wine need place it into containers for
several months or one year prior to conducting the accelerated maturation. After one
year, the rice wine was matured by an ultrasonic process. It is can be seen from
figure 1 which is a diagram of the ultrasonic waves. In order to generate ultrasound
energy to the rice wine, a 20 kHz ultrasonic wave generator was used. The ultrasonic
wave generator had piezoelectric chips which generated electrons, then it
accumulated they vibrated to produce ultrasonic waves. The energy of ultrasonic
waves vibrated the rice wines and then using a 10 mm orifice atomizer to force the
rice wines. A 10 mm orifice atomizer was chose since this nozzle amplitude energy
was most suitable in terms of atomizing the bulk wine liquids into a spray of smoke
like mist droplets to fulfill the ultrasonic process. The wine appeared in the form of a
mist and the mist particles were then collected and replicated many times until all
enough for further analyses. All the ultrasonic circulation aging treatments were in
closed chambers to prevent evaporation loss of the wines and assure the best
collection of the misted wines. The rice wine was matured repeatedly by this process
up to 16 times. The matured rice wine were collected after each of the 16 ultrasonic

It is not possible to talk about the lengthy history of colonial settlers and indigenous
groups without addressing the devastating effects of Indian residential schools on the
Aboriginal community in Canada. During the past two decades, the Canadian
government acknowledged the implications and has taken responsibility for the
outcomes of these residential schools. Much has been done through the framework
of transitional justice in order to facilitate reconciliation with the indigenous
community in Canada. Despite the government s amends, I will argue that the
reconciliation efforts were inadequate because the purpose of these initiatives was
merely to draw a line between the past and the present, rather than to restore the
socioeconomic wellbeing of the Aboriginal community that existed before the
legacy of Indian residential schools. Indian Residential Schools were a network of
boarding schools that were run conjunctionally by the Canadian government under
the administration of the church. Residential schools were founded in 1867 and
lasted up until the late 1990 s. There were about 130 schools with around 150,000
children. The purpose of these schools was to kill the Indian in the child; Indian
children were forcibly taken from their homes and placed in these boarding schools

Importance Of Working Conditions In The United States
Before the mid 1700s working conditions around the U.S were viewed as passing
rather than abusive or unconditional. With a long line of people willing to work,
employers could set wages as low as they wanted because people were willing to
do work as long as they got paid. I came across this idea when reading The Wealth
of Nations by Adam Smith, when reading I thought how this old article written in
the 1700s could ve applied to our country today and other past countries.
Additionally, when reading the article The Myth of Sisyphus by Albert Camus I
came across the idea that could working conditions improve since Sisyphus s work
got gradually better for him. After researching, I discovered that some working

In the practice of the Way, Dogen places a strong emphasis on zazen or sitting in
meditation. One who meditates properly realizes that the practice of meditation and
Enlightenment are one in the same. In A Primer of Soto Zen, Dogen states that
zazen is the practice of the Buddha. Zazen is the ultimate practice. This is indeed
the True Self (Masunaga 44). In the practice of zazen one empties the self and
enters a mode of being that is in itself Enlightenment. The experience of
Enlightenment within zazen reveals that the entire world is filled with Buddha
nature. This is something that the unenlightened eye does not see but the
Enlightened eye is able to grasp immediately and intuitively (Earhart 101). Thus,
Dogen believes that life is most real when a person sits in meditation. He says;
Only when you sit straight and look into yourself, does it become clear that [you
yourself are changing and] the objective world has a reality apart from you (Tsunda
246). Therefore during meditation one is free from a individual centered or
egocentric position which distorts reality. The Enlightened being or the one who
practices zazen will see things, including the self as they truly are. Dogen realizes the
power of zazen thus, he teaches that students should devote all their efforts to this
