Classification Coding Scheme (CCS). The CCS is a process to test for issues in
the question answering processes. It is a series of 28 questions that go through
each stage of answering a survey question. It tests to see if there are any issues in
any of the states of answering a question (Schaeffer and Dykema, 2011:919).
Another method is to the Question Understanding Aid (QUAID). QUAID is a
mechanism to test for issues in wording of a survey question, such as vague words
or question length or even grammatical issues. The goal of QUAID is to ensure

CNX Nifty being an important barometer to indicate country s growth has always
been followed with lots of interest from both academia and industry. Now, CNX
Nifty could be predicted or not on a random basis gives rise to many a questions.
This sounds redolent with any predictive modeling though with a certain degree of
accuracy in built in to the system. The major point of consideration is that
predictive modeling could be done by various measures and mechanisms. In
predictive modeling Multiple Adaptive Regression (MARS), Classification and

Introduction: Wisdom is generally thought of as a certain set of knowledge which
inevitably results in the person who has it living a good life. This is because a wise
person is both someone who knows the correct things, knows how to rationally
implement them and succeeds at doing so. However, is it true that this inevitably
leads the person with these traits living a good life?
Thesis: I argue that wisdom is a mixture of practical knowledge and abstract
knowledge where a person is capable of and succeeds at applying these ideas in a
rational way that results in a good life.
Argument: In order to be truly wise it seems clear that a person must know the
universe and their place in it. As such extensive knowledge is necessary. However,
they must also have extensive knowledge of their own life and therefore must be
expert in the proper way of applying this knowledge and will therefore live well.
Such a person s knowledge will also make it clear to them the inherent value of
living well, and would therefore have to desire it as well as know how to attain it

The mismatch in PMU measurements and dynamic simulators lead to anomalous
result for application such as event location, oscillation detection, islanding detection,

point of wave signal is available. Phasor estimation of a point of wave signal is
applied in electromagnetic simulator using enhanced DFT based algorithm in
(Romano, Pignati, and Paolone 2015). A mechanism for streaming simulated phasors
