On Thursday April 25, 2013 , I attended a jazz vocal concert at the Music Concert
Hall. The first vocal ensemble opened up the performance with a slow rhythmic song
called Blue Skies. It began with vocals and I noticed a light auxiliary percussion and
drum rhythm. Also, the bass guitarist used walking bass and the piano and electric
guitar joined in as well. The first song also consisted of two soloist Regina and
Chantel who took the front stage to show off their chops. After the solo
performances they fell back into the vocal sections and finished off the song as a
complete band. The second performance had a piano opening which led to vocals

Thanks to assisted reproductive technology (ART), uncountable couples unable to
conceive on their own have been able to have children. However there are some risks
that come with this miraculous tool including the increased probability of preterm
birth, low birth weight, and imprinting disorders such as Beckwith Wiedemann
Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, and Silver Russell Syndrome. Genomic imprinting
does not follow the standard Mendelian rules of inheritance. Instead the single allele
from a specific parent is preferably expressed over the other allele even if both are
normal, functional versions ( Genetic Analysis ). The amount of methylation on the
cytosine nucleotides of a sequence called the imprinting control region (ICR) governs
the imprinted genes. In general increased methylation decreases expression of the
gene and vice versa. Although the risk of imprinting disorders in art children is 1 in
5000, previous studies using mice have shown a huge range (10 90%) of
preimplantation embryos have an abnormal methylation pattern. This may be attested
to mice being studied during preimplantation or midgestation while ART children are
not studied until after birth. White et al. evaluated whether human ART
preimplantation embryos included irregular imprinting patterns at similar frequencies

I Feel That This Assessment Overall Went Pretty Well
I feel that this assessment overall went pretty well. Miss. S. had me work with three
students individually, and these students ranged from high performance to low
performance. I thought this was a good choice so I could experience difference
between the different developmental levels of the students. I performed the
assessment on October 14th of 2016, in Miss. S s classroom during the students free
choice time. Of the three students that participated, one of the students receives
speech therapy. The first student that I assessed was Child 1, and he doesn t receive
extra services. Johnathan did really well overall, but did struggle with some words. I
feel that Johnathan could have taken his time more and really focused on sounding
the words out before saying what he thought they were. I did noticed that the mixed
up and mistaken some of the vowels. When I performed the spellingtest at the end,
Johnathan had trouble with the wordyou. When he started to spell the word he
started with OU, but then he corrected himself and spelt the word correctly. I still
marked the word as incorrect since he started spelling the word wrong. The second
student that I assessed was Child 2, and he receives speech therapy. I didn t
complete the assessment because Derek was struggling and wasn t close to saying

Reflection About Freedom
there is incredible inequality and very sexist norms and people in the world today,
I know my freedom is not granted through or better yet not based on the
government, laws passed, or even how males or others treat me; my freedom is
guaranteed through the blood of the Lamb. God has opened my eyes to see the
powerful messages in the Bible that have proven as a woman I do not have to walk
in fear or in chains. I am a daughter of the one true King, and he is the only one who
can grant me this freedom that we, women, are all searching for. God has really
encouraged and challenged me with his words, and I pray that if you feel God
tugging at your heart, you would take the time to read this and look past any of my
imperfections in this (because all though I try not to be, I am a biased, imperfect
human with little experience in this) and hear the words that God wants you to hear.

wall contains peptidoglycan in its composition and structure, so it was classified as

water and brackish lakes and some marine environments (Belov and Giles, 1997;
Richmond, 1990). Spirulina platensis is a rich sources in protein algae of which
amount to 60 70 percent of protein in dry cell weight (Becker, 1994) and minerals
such as : iron, calcium, chlomium, copper, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium,
sodium and zinc ( Belay, 1987 ) (table 1) . It has been used as human food for the
last 20 years (Ciferri and Tiboni, 1985). In recent years, Spirulina also use as an
animal feed supplement (Belay, et al, 1996). In addition, spirulina also contain Beta
carotene, provitamin A, VitaminC and vitamin E (show in table 2) and has
consequently it as a potential source of pharmaceuticals (Borowitzka, 1995).
