In my seventeen years of life many events have helped me develop into the
strapping young man I am today. Despite the countless happenings that have

WW1 and all the horrors that war made them experience. Both poets use different

powerful images and metaphors, but in subtly different ways. Sassoon and Owen use
structure, imagery and metaphor to show his audience the horrors of war and also

represent all war disgraces. Sassoon s sonnet is composed by multiple heroic

.The Selected mapping method approach provides good performance for peak to
average power ratio reduction reduction, but it requires a bank of Inverse Fast Fourier
Transforms to generate a set of candidate transmission signals, and this requirement
usually results in high computational complexity. The author suggests low
complexity conversions to replace the Inverse Fast Fourier Transform blocks in the
conventional Selected mapping method method. Two novel Selected mapping
method schemes were proposed with much lower complexity than the conventional
one; the first method uses only one Inverse Fast Fourier Transform block to generate
the set of candidate signals, while the second one uses two Inverse Fast Fourier
Transform blocks. Computer simulation results show that, as compared to the
conventional Selected mapping method scheme, the first proposed approach has

The day my group and I received our assignment, we agreed to portray a play that
seems easy to perform. The play in which my group and I had a strong connection
with is Cat On A Hot Tin Roof. We performed the end of Act 1, Scene 1 for various
reasons. The act contained various emotions, intriguing dialogue, various literary
devices and a deep perception of social relationships. The interactions of Brick and

The thought process for picking this scene was a challenge. We realized this scene
was not evenly distributed with character s monologue. We began blurting out ideas
that would help us decide on keeping this scene or changing to a new one. My first
idea was to switch roles in the middle of the scene in order for everyone to have an
equal part. My group members agreed with this idea, until another member s thought

Batman: The Killing Joke is an influential one shot superhero comic book written
by Alan Moore and drawn by Brian Bolland, published by DC Comics in 1988. It
has in its original form continuously been held in print since then. It has also been
reprinted as part of the DC Universe: The Stories of Alan Moore trade paperback.
In 2008 it was reprinted in a deluxe hardcover edition. This Deluxe Edition features
new coloring by Brian Bolland, meant to illustrate his original intentions for the book,
with more somber, realistic, and subdued colors than the intensely colored original.
The plot revolves around a largely psychological battle between Batman and his
longtime foe the Joker, who has escaped from Arkham. Batman paid a visit to
Arkham Asylum, and specifically to the Joker s cell. He then tells the Clown
Prince of Crime that he s been thinking of their battles, more specifically how they
re most likely going to end: One of them is most likely going to kill the other,
whether it be Joker killing Batman, or Batman killing Joker, and wonders if Joker
