TRACKID – A LOCATION TRACKING APPLICATION FOR CHILDREN ON SCHOOL TRANSPORT CSEIJJournal
Education does not only entail children sitting in class to read books and study, but it also involves activities outside the classroom such as co-curricular activities, transport system, religious activities, and cleaning but unfortunately, they are not given as much thought as anticipated. In the school transport sector specifically, there has been a growing concern among parents on the safety of their children when they are on their way back home to school. Some parents are not able to take their children to and from school due to work demands and frequent traffic snarl-ups, therefore they choose to enroll their child into the school transportation system to cushion them of that burn.
DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE HEALTH SECTOR DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN S...IJCSES Journal
Background: In March 2020, the first case of COVID-19 in Saudi Arabia was confirmed. In reaction to the outbreak, Saudi Arabia ordered the closure of the majority of governmental and private services. Technology and digital solutions have made it possible to provide essential services after the implementation of these severe protection requirements.
Objective: This study aims to show how Saudi Arabia used digital technology during the COVID-19 epidemic in the fields of public health and health care services, and shedding insight on the efficacy of digital transformation in Saudi Arabia for preventing the spread of Covid-19.
Methods: Using public announcements, press briefings and releases, news clips, published statistics, peerreviewed literature, and professional debates, we documented Saudi Arabia's usage of digital technologies throughout the epidemic.
Results: The government and business sectors of Saudi Arabia jointly created and released around 19 applications and platforms that support public health duties and offer health care. Detailed descriptions of each are given. Companies in the telecommunications industry collaborated well and took steps to assist continuing efforts. Using social media, websites, and SMS text messages, risk communication initiatives adhered to best practice guidelines.
Conclusions: An important step toward digital transformation has been taken by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 framework. This shift was made possible by COVID-19. For future epidemics in Saudi Arabia, artificial intelligence might be used to integrate data from several sources. Reducing the number of applications and combining their operations may also boost and make it easier for people to utilize them.
5 Travels And Tourism Industry Trends During Covid-19aNumak & Company
Tourism is one of the world's major economic sectors and also one of the most affected due to pandemics. The tourism industry is coming back on track again by following some of the trends that have emerged worldwide, as a result of the pandemic.
The world is witnessing an invasion from a new corona virus, which resulted in more than one million of deaths. Most of the sectors such industrial, economy, and tourism are facing a crisis, hence the workers in the field of medicine, considered to be the barrier to fight this invasion. This new virus seems to have two main transmission routes: direct and contact, which it will open a high chance of infection among professional health providers, especially, surgeons and dentists. Maxillofacial and dental surgeons, considered to be essential professional health experts that perform, multiple surgeries and dental procedures every day, consequently, these professions will exhibit a high risk of getting infected by Covid19, due to that, this review article aimed to discuss the possible ways that it may help in optimizing the level of infection control.
COVID 19 has been a caution light worldwide. We must realise that this calamity or crisis happen and is inevitable. It has provoked previously inconceivable uses of technology in all walks of life. Among the socio economic disturbance caused by covid 19, technology will play a vital role in rebuilding the future. This technology transformation or reshaping will result in a contact less society. The current collaboration tools provide for substandard interactions. This review article is an attempt to check out the importance of technology post COVID 19 so that another pandemic would see mankind facing it with modern technologies. COVFILTER: A LOW-COST PORTABLE DEVICE FOR THE PREDICTION OF COVID-19 FOR RESO...ijaia
Early identification of COVID-19 is critical for preventing death and significant illness. People living in
remote parts of resource-constrained countries find it more difficult to get tested due to a lack of adequate
testing. As a result, having a primary filtering tool that can assist us in simplifying bulk COVID testing
to prevent community spread is vital. In this paper, we introduce CovFilter, a low-cost portable device
for COVID-19 prediction for resource-constrained rural communities, with the goal of encouraging people to be tested for COVID-19 in a more informed manner. CovFilter Hardware Module collects health
parameters from three sensors while the CovFilter Prediction Module predicts COVID-19 status using the
health data. We train supervised learning algorithms and an artificial neural network to predict COVID-19
from vital sign readings where MultilayerPerceptron outperformed ANN, NaiveBayes, Logistic, SGD, DecisionStump, and SVM with an F1 of 93.22%. We further show that a weighted majority voting ensemble
classifier can outperform all single classifiers achieving an F1 of over 94%.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.
