This document outlines the different software that will be used for a magazine and poster project. Adobe After Effects is useful for advanced effects but not basic editing, which will use Sony Vegas. Adobe Photoshop will be used to design the magazine and poster layouts. Sony Vegas is convenient for basic cutting and syncing of video. Adobe Lightroom will be used to edit photos for the magazine and poster by adjusting lighting and contrast.

2. Adobe After effects
 This tool is useful for adding any
advanced effects, and colour grading.
However it is impractical for basic
cutting and syncing, therefore it will be
replaced with sony vegas at that stage.

3. Adobe Photoshop
 This software will be used for the form of
the magazine, and poster, since it is
most convenient went placing and
manipulating the size of photos and text.

4. Sony Vegas
 This editing program allows total
convenience when syncing and cutting.
Therefore I am using this software as
the main tool in post – produciton.

5. Adobe Lightroom
 This software is great to edit images, and the
lighting in images, creating more of a contrast
between the light and the shadows, allowing for
a professional looking image as the result.
 This software will be used for the editing of our
pictures for the magazine, and poster.
