This document discusses three Adobe software programs - Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Photoshop - and how the author plans to use each for different aspects of editing a music video project. Adobe Premiere will be used for basic video editing and rendering. Adobe After Effects is intended for adding special effects and color changes during post-production. Adobe Photoshop, which the author is experienced with, will allow complex image editing and text additions for creating promotional materials like a digipak and magazine advert.

2. Adobe Premiere
• Adobe Premiere is a type of editing software that I will
use to edit together my music video.
• This is an advanced software that allows me to do many
things with my footage and to edit it efficiently.
• With Premiere I will input all of my footage and use it to
pick between this footage to make it into my music
video.
• I will then be able to render it which means I will then be
able to put it on my blog.
• I have used Adobe Premiere many times before during
AS Media Studies so I already know how to use this
software so this will make this part of the editing process
easier.

3. Adobe After Effects
• Adobe After effects is used after the initial editing
process so it is for post-production.
• Adobe After Effects allow you to add special
effects as well change colours.
• I have little experience using Adobe After Effects so
I will have to learn how to use it. I will use things like
tutorials on the internet to get used to the program.

4. Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Photoshop is a graphics editing software.
• I will use this to make my digipak and also my
magazine advert.
• I will use it to edit my images and add text to make
it into the products.
• I have lots of experience with this software so I know
how to use it this means I will able to make them
quickly and will be able to do things that are
complex.
