Entrepreneurship is an issue that causes a lot of controversy. Some people assert that becoming an
entrepreneur is a solution for young students; some others argue that this statement is not so obvious, since the
implementation of a business demands investment and requires capital, capital that is not easy to obtain. This
article looks at a sample of 275 college students in Portugal and seeks to investigate if there is any relationship
of entrepreneurial intentions of university students and some variables as training areas, higher education
institutions, gender, age and family influences. To achieve this goal, a survey was carried out to college
students, trying to understand how the training schools encouraged the creation of an entrepreneurial culture,
in what extent students were motivated to entrepreneurship and what are their intents for the future. The results
demonstrate that entrepreneurial education is the basis of cultivating the entrepreneurial spirit in college
students. The training areas, the ambition of having his/her/own business, having a great idea and having
family´s history of entrepreneurial characteristics are the main causes that influence entrepreneurial intentions
in college students.
The paper focus on entrepreneur skill through business education program to curb restiveness for
sustainable development. Need for entrepreneur skills acquisition were identified, business education program
and functions of entrepreneur were identified and sorted out as the types of entrepreneur in our present society.
Conclusion was drawn which include effort towards creating good initiatives in order to develop our dear

An Empirical Analysis of Entrepreneurial Ecosystem in Selected Asian Countriesijtsrd
The positive relationship between entrepreneurship and economic development through employment generation and poverty reduction has been well established in academic research. This is the rationale why governments across different countries try to comprehend the dynamics of entrepreneurship. There is growing interest in decoding the context in which entrepreneurship thrives. Research on œEntrepreneurial Ecosystem has gained momentum since it provides the necessary framework in which entrepreneurship develops. The objective of this study is to analyze the various components of entrepreneurial ecosystem and Total early stage entrepreneurial activity (TEA) in selected Asian countries. The research is based on secondary data related to entrepreneurial ecosystem and total early stage entrepreneurial activity, provided by Global entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM). The findings of the research indicate that there is need to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Asian countries. Asian countries exhibit insufficient provisions of access to finance for entrepreneurs. Government policies and programs, taxes and bureaucratic regime are also insufficient for nurturing entrepreneurial environment. Entrepreneurship education and training both at basic school level and post school level are not sufficient for creating a conducive environment for entrepreneurs. Markets, infrastructural provisions and social and cultural norms are also not found to be sufficient for entrepreneurship to thrive in Asian context. Total early stage entrepreneurial activity (TEA) is also quite low for Asian countries. The findings of the study can be of instrumental value for academicians and policy makers interested in entrepreneurship development in Asia. This study was carried out with the investigation of undergraduate courses in the area of social sciences applied that have methodologies that encourage entrepreneurship and in the courses that have this discipline in its curricular matrix was examined how this theme was being approached in the classes. In these institutions, interviews were conducted with the coordinators of the courses, teachers and students to know the perception and effectiveness of the methodologies used, through an exploratory case study with qualitative quantitative analysis. To analyze the entrepreneurial profile of the students and the skills involved in this function, validated instruments were used to relate the results obtained. The study concluded that there are few courses that foster entrepreneurial culture, and the subject is generally approached conceptually, evidencing a deficiency in the formation of new entrepreneurs. However, one of the institutions showed in the results that its methodologies are effective and positively perceived by students.
The study was carried out to explore the relationship between entrepreneurship and sustainable development in
Nigeria based on the Dangote phenomenon. Entrepreneurship implicates the state of being an entrepreneur. The
entrepreneurship process leads to employment generation and poverty reduction all of which help in sustainable
development, which is the type of development that protects the environment, meets the current needs of society and
also enables future generations to meet their own needs. Entrepreneurship is concerned with change because it is
capable of creating opportunities and threats. The consequences of change may present viable business opportunities
or render current products or services obsolete. Therefore, a meaningful entrepreneurship research must provide
necessary information about successful entrepreneurs as a guide. The qualitative case study approach was employed
for the study, empirical literature provided relevant information for analysis and it was found that entrepreneurship
has significant positive relationship with sustainable development.

Present research has analyzed the amount of predicting human resources development, through knowledge management value chain (creation, storage, distribution, application). All of the employees of a big Iranian Steel Industry Company took part in the survey. 232 people were chosen by using systematic sampling method and the sample size formula. To collect data, two researcher-made questionnaires of knowledge management and human resources development have been used. Also content validity and face validity of questionnaires in this research were confirmed by experts. The validity of both questionnaires was estimated by using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α) which equals to 0.87 in knowledge management and 0.83 in human resources development. Analysis of the data is done by using inferential statistics (including Pearson r, analysis of variance test and multiple regressions). The result has shown that among the variables of knowledge management, three variables (creation, storage and application) can predict human resources development.

Britannia to give seed funding, training, more to aspiring women entrepreneurs, homemakers for starting up.
Britannia has also teamed up with Google to offer all participants access to a digital business training programme that includes many classes to assist them gain the skills they need to run and grow their enterprises.
The third season of their start-up competition for prospective women entrepreneurs, particularly homemakers, was launched on Wednesday. Britannia would provide up to 10,000 top participants with online mentorship lectures from industry leaders on how to start and scale businesses. Candidates' ideas will be reviewed based on predetermined criteria, and a shortlisted candidate list will be published within 60 days after the contest's conclusion. One of the most significant aspects of our relationship with Google was ensuring that all participants have access to the digital skilling materials.
In addition to the initial funding, we're looking into how we can make relevant knowledge and know-how more accessible to women who want to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams, » Subramanyam stated. «There are an increasing number of women who desire to start their own business. At the contest's inauguration, Vinay Subramanyam, Vice-President, Britannia Industries, remarked, "77 percent of the women we went out to spoke about technology being a critical facilitator in terms of breaking barriers of how to be an entrepreneur." According to the survey, 62% of women want to start their own business, but a lack of time owing to household duties is a barrier for 73% of respondents. Lack of guidance was a problem for 53% of respondents, while insufficient funding was a problem for 50%.
« I had no choice but to sell all of my belongings in order to start the business. There are far more instances of women entrepreneurs today than there were previously, and as a result, there is a cultural receptivity to women in business that did not exist previously. However, there is still a long way to go, and I'm not sure if the next decade will be enough for women to be big enough, » remarked Shubhra Chadha, Co-founder of Chumbak Designs, during a Britannia webinar held before to the contest's introduction.

1. PERSONALITY TRAITS FOR INDIAN ENTREPRENURES: REVIEW OF RECENT LITERATURE OF AT LEAAST 5 ENTRPREURES.
According to the findings, the qualities of locus of control, ambiguity tolerance, self-confidence, and innovativeness were crucial in distinguishing entrepreneurs from non-entrepreneurs. At the same time, it was discovered that the desire for accomplishment and risk-taking tendency for these two groups were not significantly different, which was contrary to predictions. In addition to these six psychological characteristics, the findings of the study highlighted the importance of family history and education in determining entrepreneurial propensity. The findings have significant public policy implications for India's education system, which primarily trains students for employment in the public and commercial sectors rather than entrepreneurship. The recent global financial turmoil and scandals (such as Enron and WorldCom) have demonstrated that unbridled commercial entrepreneurs who are allowed to pursue their short-term goals regardless of the consequences have resulted in a massive depreciation of nation-state wealth, social livelihood, and environmental degradation. Social entrepreneurs make such a case by demonstrating a strong dedication to a social goal, an understanding of sustainable methods, ingenuity, the capacity to establish social networks, and the ability to generate reasonable financial returns. It's reasonable to assume that social entrepreneurs have specific personality traits that characterise their activities and behaviours. Inherited nurture, socialisation, and education all contribute to the development of personality characteristics. These unspoken characteristics are established values/beliefs and play a vital part in social entrepreneurship decision-making. As a result, personality traits may have an impact on an individual's intentions and behaviour. We believe that, in order for social entrepreneurship to be effective and influential, business and management education may help people acquire these important personality qualities. It also supports previous research showing personality characteristics have an impact on entrepreneurship in general. According to the findings, agreeableness has a favourable impact on all aspects of social entrepreneurship, whereas openness has a positive impact on social vision, creativity, and financial returns. The study's findings suggest that elements of social responsibility, sustainability, and character development should be included into business education curricula to help social entrepreneurs achieve meaningful value and influence in the causes and communities they serve. In order to pursue life-long learning, future business leaders must possess entrepreneurial abilities as well as autonomous and reflective thinking. This study is unique in that it focuses on personality characteristics related to social entrepreneurship rather than commercial entrepreneurship. The findings a

SEMI-PARAMETRIC ESTIMATION OF Px,y({(x,y)/x >y}) FOR THE POWER FUNCTION DISTR...IJESM JOURNAL
The stress-strength model describes the life of a component which has a random strength X and is subjected to random stress Y, in the context of reliability. The component will function satisfactorily whenever X>Y and it fails at the instant the stress applied to it exceeds the strength. R=P(Y<X) is a measure of component reliability .In this paper, we obtain semi parametric estimators of the reliability under stress- strength model for the Power function distribution under complete and censored samples. We illustrate the performance of the estimators using a simulation study.

STUDY OF RECESSIONAL PATTERN OF GLACIERS OF DHAULIGANGA VALLEY, UTTRAKHAND, I...IJESM JOURNAL
The glacier study is important in the sense that it has a very direct relation with climate change. Any change in the climate can be read through glacier response. A number of Himalayan glaciers are reported to be shrinking. The retreat of Chipa glacier and Jhulang glacier in Dhauliganga valley was studied by interpreting time series optical satellite images obtained from Landsat, ASTER and IRS LISS III sensors. The change of terminus position was measured and retreat was monitored with respect to the terminus position in a topographical map (1:50,000) of 1962. The satellite data of 1989 and from 2000 to 2004 and 2012 were used for monitoring the retreat of the glacier and the result was compared with the field measured values.
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the contributions of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives in reducing equipment breakdowns, increase equipment reliability and improve productivity. This will result in increased equipment utilization and life, reduced work stoppages and machine slowdowns, closer adherence to production and delivery schedules as well as increased employee morale. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concept addresses these goals. The aim of TPM is to keep the plant and equipment at its highest productive level through the cooperation of all areas of the organization. TPM is a partnership between maintenance and production organization to improve product quality, reduce waste, reduce manufacturing cost and increase equipment availability.

The equation incorporates speculative parameters operating in free range. The variations of these parameters have caused stability and instability of the wage function in certain circumstances. Where the wage function is exponential, asymptotic stability towards the equilibrium wage rate is observed but where it consists of both exponential and periodic factors, the time path shows periodic fluctuations with successive cycles giving smaller amplitudes until the ripples dies naturally. It is also observed that though differential operator is just as effective as variation of parameters demonstrated in [6], it is rather simple and fast with limited algebra.

The Political, Legal & Technological Environment in Global ScenarioIJESM JOURNAL
The environment that international managers face is changing rapidly. The past is proving to be a poor indicator of what will happen in the future. Changes are not only more common now but also more significant than ever before, and these dramatic forces of change are creating new challenges. Although there are many dimensions in this new environment, most relevant to international management would be the economic environment that was covered in the research and the cultural environment. Also important are the political, legal and regulatory, and technological dimensions of the environment. The objective of this research is to examine how the political, legal and regulatory, and technological environments have changed in recent years. Some major trends in each that will help dictate the world in which international managers will compete also are presented.
SUPPLIER SELECTION AND EVALUATION – AN INTEGRATED APPROACH OF QFD & AHPIJESM JOURNAL
In current scenario strong competitive pressure forces several organizations to available their products and services, cheaper, faster and improved than the rivals to their valuable customer. Managers have come to comprehend that they cannot do it individually without suitable vendors. Supply Chain Management empower the flows of material, information and funds in a association consisting of customers, suppliers, manufacturers and distributors, which beings raw materials, maintain by internal operations complete with distribution of finished goods. In the continually changing world, assortment of appropriate vender is facilitating in supply chain management, selection of right vendor is extremely useful part of purchasing department. This paper seeks to propose a methodology to integrate the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) for right supplier selection and evaluation and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) analysis to enhance the effectiveness of outsourcing decisions. A selection that combines the subjective factors and objective factors and attitude of the decision maker decide the best supplier in the supply chain management system. The proposed integrated model could be used for supplier selection, which involves several quantitative and qualitative factors. Also could be used to determining the optimum order quantity. The propose method is a group decision making approach which shadows the traditional approaches of supplier selection.

INVARIANCE OF SEPARATION AXIOMS IN ISOTONIC SPACES WITH RESPECT TO PERFECT MA...IJESM JOURNAL
The behavior of separation axioms under perfect mappings has been studied in the realm of topological spaces. In this paper, we extend the characterization of perfect mappings to isotonic spaces and then use this class of continuous functions to investigate the behavior of separation axioms. The hierarchy of separation axioms that is familiar from topological spaces generalizes to spaces with an isotone and expansive closure functions. Neither additivity nor idempotence of the closure function need to be assumed.
MATHEMATICAL MODELLING OF POWER OUTPUT IN A WIND ENERGY CONVERSION SYSTEMIJESM JOURNAL
The developments of wind energy systems have enabled an efficient production and use of wind energy. Three widely used control schemes for wind energy systems are Pitch control, Rotor resistance control and Vector control. A traditional wind energy system consists of a stall regulated or pitch control turbine connected to a synchronous generator through gearbox. The synchronous generator operates at fixed speed and one of the earliest rotor control schemes was the rotor resistance control. The speed of an induction machine is controlled by the external resistance in the rotor circuit. The drawback of the above methods is the inability of wind turbine to capture at low wind speeds. This paper develops a model which maximizes wind energy output. This model asses the effects of friction coefficient and the height of wind above ground(given by the height of turbine from the ground i. e the hub height) on power output. The study considers an already existing model, that is the turbine model in which the study incorporates height and friction coefficient. The three methods used in wind energy systems and the output variations for the different control techniques for a change in the input wind velocity and a constant desired power output reference are compared and the methods evaluated based on the response time and the magnitude of change in the power output compared to the desired power output and also compared by simulation. The results of this study may be useful in aiding in the efficient production of electricity in a wind energy conversion system.
INTRODUCING AN INTEGRATING FACTOR IN STUDYING THE WAGE EQUATIONIJESM JOURNAL
In this paper a first order wage equation is solved by the method of integrating factor. The subsequent wage function is then analyzed and interpreted for stability. The function could initially stand off the equilibrium wage rate but in the long run, it asymptotically stabilizes in inter temporal sense. It is observed that use of an integrating factor in solving the wage equation is just as effective as Laplace transforms demonstrated in [6] but with an advantage of being simple with limited algebra.

ANALYTICAL STUDY OF WAVE MOTION OF A FALLING LIQUID FILM PAST A VERTICAL PLATEIJESM JOURNAL
In this article, the existence of gravity-capillary waves travelling down the surface of a falling liquid film past a vertical plate has been considered. Kapitza’s scheme of finding an approximate expression of velocity u when the film surface assumes an arbitrary shape y = h(x, t), which changes with time, has been emphasized. The expressions for dimensionless wavelength, dimensionless wave number and Weber number have been obtained and are computed for an admissible range of the wave celerity. The stream line pattern has also been studied and presented through graphs.
APPLICATION OF THE METHOD OF VARIATION OF PARAMETERS: MATHEMATICAL MODEL FOR ...IJESM JOURNAL
In this paper, a second order wage equation is developed and solved by the method of variation of parameters. The subsequent wage function is then analyzed and interpreted for stability. Speculative parameters, which operate freely dictating employers’ expectations, are included in modeling this equation. The variation of these parameters causes both stability and instability of the wage function depending on circumstances. Where the wage function is exponential, asymptotic stability towards the equilibrium wage rate is observed but where it consists of both exponential and periodic factors, the time path shows periodic fluctuations with successive cycles giving smaller amplitudes until the ripples die naturally. It has been realized that where the wage rate is determined by free market forces of demand and supply, volatility in wage rate may be observed if not controlled. This may increase uncertainties and cause anxiety about investment and employment in the economy. The paper therefore proposes government intervention by creating a middle path in which wage rate is allowed to oscillate freely within a narrow band managed by employers in consultation with the workers under the watch of the government.
Deep Behavioral Phenotyping in Systems Neuroscience for Functional Atlasing a...Ana Luísa Pinho
Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI) provides means to characterize brain activations in response to behavior. However, cognitive neuroscience has been limited to group-level effects referring to the performance of specific tasks. To obtain the functional profile of elementary cognitive mechanisms, the combination of brain responses to many tasks is required. Yet, to date, both structural atlases and parcellation-based activations do not fully account for cognitive function and still present several limitations. Further, they do not adapt overall to individual characteristics. In this talk, I will give an account of deep-behavioral phenotyping strategies, namely data-driven methods in large task-fMRI datasets, to optimize functional brain-data collection and improve inference of effects-of-interest related to mental processes. Key to this approach is the employment of fast multi-functional paradigms rich on features that can be well parametrized and, consequently, facilitate the creation of psycho-physiological constructs to be modelled with imaging data. Particular emphasis will be given to music stimuli when studying high-order cognitive mechanisms, due to their ecological nature and quality to enable complex behavior compounded by discrete entities. I will also discuss how deep-behavioral phenotyping and individualized models applied to neuroimaging data can better account for the subject-specific organization of domain-general cognitive systems in the human brain. Finally, the accumulation of functional brain signatures brings the possibility to clarify relationships among tasks and create a univocal link between brain systems and mental functions through: (1) the development of ontologies proposing an organization of cognitive processes; and (2) brain-network taxonomies describing functional specialization. To this end, tools to improve commensurability in cognitive science are necessary, such as public repositories, ontology-based platforms and automated meta-analysis tools. I will thus discuss some brain-atlasing resources currently under development, and their applicability in cognitive as well as clinical neuroscience.
The ability to recreate computational results with minimal effort and actionable metrics provides a solid foundation for scientific research and software development. When people can replicate an analysis at the touch of a button using open-source software, open data, and methods to assess and compare proposals, it significantly eases verification of results, engagement with a diverse range of contributors, and progress. However, we have yet to fully achieve this; there are still many sociotechnical frictions.
Inspired by David Donoho's vision, this talk aims to revisit the three crucial pillars of frictionless reproducibility (data sharing, code sharing, and competitive challenges) with the perspective of deep software variability.
Our observation is that multiple layers — hardware, operating systems, third-party libraries, software versions, input data, compile-time options, and parameters — are subject to variability that exacerbates frictions but is also essential for achieving robust, generalizable results and fostering innovation. I will first review the literature, providing evidence of how the complex variability interactions across these layers affect qualitative and quantitative software properties, thereby complicating the reproduction and replication of scientific studies in various fields.
I will then present some software engineering and AI techniques that can support the strategic exploration of variability spaces. These include the use of abstractions and models (e.g., feature models), sampling strategies (e.g., uniform, random), cost-effective measurements (e.g., incremental build of software configurations), and dimensionality reduction methods (e.g., transfer learning, feature selection, software debloating).
I will finally argue that deep variability is both the problem and solution of frictionless reproducibility, calling the software science community to develop new methods and tools to manage variability and foster reproducibility in software systems.

Earliest Galaxies in the JADES Origins Field: Luminosity Function and Cosmic ...Sérgio Sacani
We characterize the earliest galaxy population in the JADES Origins Field (JOF), the deepest
imaging field observed with JWST. We make use of the ancillary Hubble optical images (5 filters
spanning 0.4−0.9µm) and novel JWST images with 14 filters spanning 0.8−5µm, including 7 mediumband filters, and reaching total exposure times of up to 46 hours per filter. We combine all our data
at > 2.3µm to construct an ultradeep image, reaching as deep as ≈ 31.4 AB mag in the stack and
30.3-31.0 AB mag (5σ, r = 0.1” circular aperture) in individual filters. We measure photometric
redshifts and use robust selection criteria to identify a sample of eight galaxy candidates at redshifts
z = 11.5 − 15. These objects show compact half-light radii of R1/2 ∼ 50 − 200pc, stellar masses of
M⋆ ∼ 107−108M⊙, and star-formation rates of SFR ∼ 0.1−1 M⊙ yr−1
. Our search finds no candidates
at 15 < z < 20, placing upper limits at these redshifts. We develop a forward modeling approach to
infer the properties of the evolving luminosity function without binning in redshift or luminosity that
marginalizes over the photometric redshift uncertainty of our candidate galaxies and incorporates the
impact of non-detections. We find a z = 12 luminosity function in good agreement with prior results,
and that the luminosity function normalization and UV luminosity density decline by a factor of ∼ 2.5
from z = 12 to z = 14. We discuss the possible implications of our results in the context of theoretical
models for evolution of the dark matter halo mass function.
Richard's aventures in two entangled wonderlandsRichard Gill
Since the loophole-free Bell experiments of 2020 and the Nobel prizes in physics of 2022, critics of Bell's work have retreated to the fortress of super-determinism. Now, super-determinism is a derogatory word - it just means "determinism". Palmer, Hance and Hossenfelder argue that quantum mechanics and determinism are not incompatible, using a sophisticated mathematical construction based on a subtle thinning of allowed states and measurements in quantum mechanics, such that what is left appears to make Bell's argument fail, without altering the empirical predictions of quantum mechanics. I think however that it is a smoke screen, and the slogan "lost in math" comes to my mind. I will discuss some other recent disproofs of Bell's theorem using the language of causality based on causal graphs. Causal thinking is also central to law and justice. I will mention surprising connections to my work on serial killer nurse cases, in particular the Dutch case of Lucia de Berk and the current UK case of Lucy Letby.

The use of Nauplii and metanauplii artemia in aquaculture (brine shrimp).pptxMAGOTI ERNEST
Although Artemia has been known to man for centuries, its use as a food for the culture of larval organisms apparently began only in the 1930s, when several investigators found that it made an excellent food for newly hatched fish larvae (Litvinenko et al., 2023). As aquaculture developed in the 1960s and ‘70s, the use of Artemia also became more widespread, due both to its convenience and to its nutritional value for larval organisms (Arenas-Pardo et al., 2024). The fact that Artemia dormant cysts can be stored for long periods in cans, and then used as an off-the-shelf food requiring only 24 h of incubation makes them the most convenient, least labor-intensive, live food available for aquaculture (Sorgeloos & Roubach, 2021). The nutritional value of Artemia, especially for marine organisms, is not constant, but varies both geographically and temporally. During the last decade, however, both the causes of Artemia nutritional variability and methods to improve poorquality Artemia have been identified (Loufi et al., 2024).
Brine shrimp (Artemia spp.) are used in marine aquaculture worldwide. Annually, more than 2,000 metric tons of dry cysts are used for cultivation of fish, crustacean, and shellfish larva. Brine shrimp are important to aquaculture because newly hatched brine shrimp nauplii (larvae) provide a food source for many fish fry (Mozanzadeh et al., 2021). Culture and harvesting of brine shrimp eggs represents another aspect of the aquaculture industry. Nauplii and metanauplii of Artemia, commonly known as brine shrimp, play a crucial role in aquaculture due to their nutritional value and suitability as live feed for many aquatic species, particularly in larval stages (Sorgeloos & Roubach, 2021).

DERIVATION OF MODIFIED BERNOULLI EQUATION WITH VISCOUS EFFECTS AND TERMINAL V...Wasswaderrick3
In this book, we use conservation of energy techniques on a fluid element to derive the Modified Bernoulli equation of flow with viscous or friction effects. We derive the general equation of flow/ velocity and then from this we derive the Pouiselle flow equation, the transition flow equation and the turbulent flow equation. In the situations where there are no viscous effects , the equation reduces to the Bernoulli equation. From experimental results, we are able to include other terms in the Bernoulli equation. We also look at cases where pressure gradients exist. We use the Modified Bernoulli equation to derive equations of flow rate for pipes of different cross sectional areas connected together. We also extend our techniques of energy conservation to a sphere falling in a viscous medium under the effect of gravity. We demonstrate Stokes equation of terminal velocity and turbulent flow equation. We look at a way of calculating the time taken for a body to fall in a viscous medium. We also look at the general equation of terminal velocity.
