3. What is gadget addiction?
A sense of urge to use the
phone or any other gadget
when bored or idle equates
to addiction.

4. Addiction to screens generally
develops when the subject seeks
to divert it’s attention from
discomfort,Boredam,
sleeplessness ,Lack of purpose or
even isolation can be triggers

5. Effects of Gadget Addiction
Drastic Brain Development – There are effect in
human the addiction of gadget especially in child’s
brain on its functioning and may even cause
attention deficit ,cognative delays impaired
learning , increase impulsivity and decrease ability
to self-regulation.
Obesity – Children who rely their Playing time in
front of screens rather than outside in the
playgrounds do not burn the calories they take
in.

6. Violence - Most parents have noticed that their kids
learn to be aggressive due to long hours of playing
games in their tablets.
Radiation Exposure – According to the 2011 report
of the WHO, cellphones and other wireless devices
are considered category 2B risk because of their
radiation emission
