Therefore, efficient interference modelling design are required to address performance degradation caused by the interferences. The existing model has focused on addressing interference considering D2D association operating on same cell with the cellular association. As a result, it incurs interference to the cellular user located in the same cell. However, practically D2D association in overlapping area will reutilize spectrum of multiple neighboring cells. As a result, it incurs interference in multiple cells. For overcoming research challenges, this work presented Interference Aware Resource Allocation (IARA) model for D2D under cellular network as a game theory model. This work consider a resource allocation game where base station as a contender for catering D2D resource needs under different assumptions. Experiment are conducted to evaluate performance of IARA. The outcome shows IARA attained significant performance improvement over state-of-art models in terms of sum rate (utility), successful packet transmission, revenue, and delay.

throughput of the networks. Due to the use of multiplexing D2D UE (User equipment) resources and
spectrum, and the interference caused by the sharing of resources between adjacent cells, it has become a
major factor affecting coexisting of cellular subscribers and D2D users. When D2D communication
multiplexes the uplink resources, the base-stations are easily to be disturbed; when the downlink resources
are multiplexed, the users of downlink are susceptible to interference. In order to build a high-efficient
mobile network, we can meet the QoS requirements by controlling the power to suppress the interference
between the base station and a terminal user.

Mobile Next Generation Network (MNGN) is characterized as heterogeneous network where variety of access technologies are meant to coexist. Decisions on choosing an air interface that meets a particular need at a particular time will be shifted from the network’s side to (a more intelligent) user’s side. On top of that network operators and regularities have come to the realization that assigned spectrum bands are not utilized as they should be. Cognitive radio stands out as a candidate technology to address many emerging issues in MNGN such as capacity, quality of service and spectral efficiency. As a transmission strategy, cognitive radio systems depend greatly on sensing the radio environment. In this paper, we present a novel approach for interference characterization in cognitive radio networks based on wideband chirp signal. The results presented show that improved sensing accuracy is maintained at tolerable system complexity.

OPTIMUM NEIGHBORS FOR RESOURCECONSTRAINED MOBILE AD HOC NETWORKSijasuc
This paper presents an investigation on the optimum number of neighbors for mobile ad hoc networks
(MANETs). The MANETs are self-configuring and self-organizing networks. In such a network, energyconstrained mobile nodes share limited bandwidth to send their packets to the destinations. The mobile nodes
have a limited transmission range and they rely on their neighbors to deliver their packets. Hence, the mobile
nodes must be associated with the required (i.e., optimum) number of neighbors. As the number of neighbors
is varied, a trade-off exists between the network connectivity and available bandwidth per mobile node. To
investigate this issue, we consider Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) as the routing protocol and IEEE 802.11
as the MAC layer protocol in this work. We consider both static and dynamic scenarios in this work. We
simulated the ad hoc networks via network simulator (NS-2) and the simulation results show that there exists
an optimum number of neighbors for the static case. We also show that mobility has a grave impact on the
performance of the MANETs in terms of network throughput, end-to-end delay, energy consumption, and
packet loss. Hence, we need to increase the number of neighbors under mobility conditions. However, there
is no global optimum number of neighbors for the mobility case.
A small vessel detection using a co-located multi-frequency FMCW MIMO radar IJECEIAES
Small vessels detection is a known issue due to its low radar cross section (RCS). An existing shore-based vessel tracking radar is for long-distance commercial vessels detection. Meanwhile, a vessel-mounted radar system known for its reliability has a limitation due to its single radar coverage. The paper presented a co-located frequency modulated continuous waveform (FMCW) maritime radar for small vessel detection utilising a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) configuration. The radar behaviour is numerically simulated for detecting a Swerling 1 target which resembles small maritime’s vessels. The simulated MIMO configuration comprised two transmitting and receiving nodes. The proposal is to utilize a multi-frequency FMCW MIMO configuration in a maritime environment by applying the spectrum averaging (SA) to fuse MIMO received signals for range and velocity estimation. The analysis was summarised and displayed in terms of estimation error performance, probability of error and average error. The simulation outcomes an improvement of 2.2 dB for a static target, and 0.1 dB for a moving target, in resulting the 20% probability of range error with the MIMO setup. A moving vessel's effect was observed to degrade the range error estimation performance between 0.6 to 2.7 dB. Meanwhile, the proposed method was proven to improve the 20% probability of velocity error by 1.75 dB. The impact of multi-frequency MIMO was also observed to produce better average error performance.

the quality of user experience. The main scope of the present paper is to introduce a dual USIM HSPA
gateway for ad hoc and sensors networks thanks to which it will be possible to guarantee a QoS suitable
for a series of network-centric application such as real-time communications and monitoring, video
surveillance, real-time sensor networks, telemedicine, vehicular and mobile sensor networks and so on. The
main idea is to exploit multiple radio access networks in order to enhance the available end-to-end
bandwidth and the perceived quality of experience. The scope has been reached by combining multiple
radio access with dynamic load balancing and the VPN (virtual private network) bond technique.
A novel optimal small cells deployment for next-generation cellular networks IJECEIAES
Small-cell-deployments have pulled cellular operators to boost coverage and capacity in high-demand areas (for example, downtown hot spots). The location of these small cells (SCs) should be determined in order to achieve successful deployments. In this paper, we propose a new approach that optimizes small cells deployment in cellular networks to achieve three objectives: reduce the total cost of network installation, balancing the allocation of resources, i.e. placement of each SC and their transmitted power, and providing optimal coverage area with a lower amount of interference between adjacent stations. An accurate formula was obtained to determine the optimum number of SC deployment (NSC). Finally, we derive a mathematical expression to calculate the critical-handoff-point (CHP) for neighboring wireless stations.

Markovian Queueing Model for Throughput Maximization in D2D-Enabled Cellular ...IJECEIAES
Device-to-Device (D2D) communication has been considered a key enabling technol- ogy that can facilitate spectrum sharing in 4G and 5G cellular networks. In order to meet the high data rate demands of these new generation cellular networks, this paper considers the optimization of available spectrum resource through dynamic spectrum access. The utilization of continuous-time Markov chain (CTMC) model for efficient spectrum access in D2D-enabled cellular networks is investigated for the purpose of determining the impact of this model on the capacity improvement of cellular networks. The paper considers the use of CTMC model with both queueing and non-queueing cases called 13-Q CTMC and 6-NQ CTMC respectively with the aim of improving the overall capacity of the cellular network under a fairness constraint among all users. The proposed strategy consequently ensures that spectrum access for cellular and D2D users is optimally coordinated by designing optimal spectrum access probabilities. Numerical simulations are performed to observe the impact of the proposed Markovian queueing model on spectrum access and consequently on the capacity of D2D-enabled cellular networks. Results showed that the proposed 13-Q CTMC provide a more spectrumefficient sharing scheme, thereby enabling better network performances and larger capabilities to accommodate more users.

Land mobile communication is burdened with typical propagation constraints due to the channel characteristics in radio systems.Also,the propagation characteristics vary form place to place and also as the mobile unit moves,from time to time.Hence,the tramsmission path between transmitter and receiver varies from simple direct LOS to the one which is severely obstructed by buildings, foliage and terrain. Multipath propagation and shadow fading effects affect the signal strength of an arbitrary Transmitter-Receiver due to the rapid fluctuations in the phase and amplitude of signal which also determines the average power over an area of tens or hundreds of meters. The fifth-generation wireless communication is expected to provide a huge amount of capacity to cater to the need of an increasing number of mobile consumers, which can be satisfied by device-to-device (D2D) communication. Reusing the cellular user’s resources in an efficient manner helps to increase the spectrum efficiency of the network but it leads to severe interference. The important point in reusing cellular user resources is that D2D communication should not affect the cellular user’s efficiency. After achieving this requirement, the focus is now turned toward the allocation of resources to D2D communication. This resource allocation strategy is to be designed in such a way that it will not affect communication among the cellular user (CU). This scheme improves various performance objectives. This paper aims at designing a proportional fair resource allocation algorithm based on the bipartite graph which maintains the quality of service (QoS) of CUs while providing D2D communication. This algorithm can be merged with any other scheme of resource allocation for improving QoS and adopting changing channels. In this scheme, a D2D pair can be allocated with one or more than one resource blocks. The MATLAB simulations analyze the performance of the proposed scheme.
A novel frequency reconfigurable antenna for smart grid applications in TV w...IJECEIAES
This paper presents the design and analysis of a frequency reconfigurable, aperture coupled rectangular patch antenna for use in smart grid applications in TV white space bands. The proposed antenna model has been realized on multi-substrate layers of Polylactic acid (PLA) material (εr=2.65, tanδ=0.003) with a ground plane sandwiched in between them. An aperture has been made in the ground plane for coupling energy to the patch. The overall system dimensions are 270×270 mm. The feature of frequency reconfigurability has been achieved by incorporating a switch and varying the reactance of the feed line on the bottom substrate. A rectangular slot on the long feed line improves impedance matching. The ON and OFF states of the switch provide two operating frequency bands namely 630.13 to 636.7 MHz and 619.16 to 625.3 MHz respectively. The proposed aperture coupled reconfigurable system operates with a maximum gain of 6.4 dB and average efficiency of 78.5% in both bands. The measured results are satisfactory and the proposed antenna will be suitable for operation in the smart grid environment.

A vital technology in the next-generation cellular network is device-to-device (D2D) communication. Cellular user enabled with D2D communication provides high spectral efficiency and further increases the coverage area of the cell, especially for the end-cell users and blind spot areas. However, the implementation of D2D communication increases interference among the cellular and D2D users. In this paper, we proposed a radio resource allocation (RRA) algorithm to manage the interference using fractional frequency reuse (FFR) scheme and Hungarian algorithm. The proposed algorithm is divided into three parts. First, the FFR scheme allocates different frequency bands among the cell (inner and outer region) for both the cellular and the D2D users to reduce the interference. Second, the Hungarian weighted bipartite matching algorithm is used to allocate the resources to D2D users with the minimum total system interference, while maintaining the total system sum rate. The cellular users share the resources with more than one D2D pair. Lastly, the local search technique of swapping is used for further allocation to minimize the interference. We implemented two types of assignments, fair multiple assignment, and restricted multiple assignment. We compared our results with existing algorithms which verified that our proposed algorithm provides outstanding results in aspects like interference reduction and system sum rate. For restricted multiple assignment, 60-70% of the D2D users are allocated in average cases.

Public safety network communication methods are concurrence with emerging networks to provide enhanced strategies and services for catastrophe management. If the cellular network is damaged after a calamity, a new-generation network like the internet of things (IoT) is ready to assure network access. In this paper, we suggested a framework of hybrid intelligence to find and re-connect the isolated nodes to the functional area to save life. We look at a situation in which the devices in the hazard region can constantly monitor the radio environment to self-detect the occurrence of a disaster, switch to the device-to-device (D2D) communication mode, and establish a vital connection. The oscillating spider monkey optimization (OSMO) approach forms clusters of the devices in the disaster area to improve network efficiency. The devices in the secluded area use the cluster heads as relay nodes to the operational site. An oscillating particle swarm optimization (OPSO) with a priority-based path encoding technique is used for path discovery. The suggested approach improves the energy efficiency of the network by selecting a routing path based on the remaining energy of the device, channel quality, and hop count, thus increasing network stability and packet delivery.

This paper presents an investigation on the optimum number of neighbors for mobile ad hoc networks
(MANETs). The MANETs are self-configuring and self-organizing networks. In such a network, energyconstrained mobile nodes share limited bandwidth to send their packets to the destinations. The mobile nodes
have a limited transmission range and they rely on their neighbors to deliver their packets. Hence, the mobile
nodes must be associated with the required (i.e., optimum) number of neighbors. As the number of neighbors
is varied, a trade-off exists between the network connectivity and available bandwidth per mobile node. To
investigate this issue, we consider Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) as the routing protocol and IEEE 802.11
as the MAC layer protocol in this work. We consider both static and dynamic scenarios in this work. We
simulated the ad hoc networks via network simulator (NS-2) and the simulation results show that there exists
an optimum number of neighbors for the static case. We also show that mobility has a grave impact on the
performance of the MANETs in terms of network throughput, end-to-end delay, energy consumption, and
packet loss. Hence, we need to increase the number of neighbors under mobility conditions. However, there
is no global optimum number of neighbors for the mobility case.
A small vessel detection using a co-located multi-frequency FMCW MIMO radar IJECEIAES
Small vessels detection is a known issue due to its low radar cross section (RCS). An existing shore-based vessel tracking radar is for long-distance commercial vessels detection. Meanwhile, a vessel-mounted radar system known for its reliability has a limitation due to its single radar coverage. The paper presented a co-located frequency modulated continuous waveform (FMCW) maritime radar for small vessel detection utilising a multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) configuration. The radar behaviour is numerically simulated for detecting a Swerling 1 target which resembles small maritime’s vessels. The simulated MIMO configuration comprised two transmitting and receiving nodes. The proposal is to utilize a multi-frequency FMCW MIMO configuration in a maritime environment by applying the spectrum averaging (SA) to fuse MIMO received signals for range and velocity estimation. The analysis was summarised and displayed in terms of estimation error performance, probability of error and average error. The simulation outcomes an improvement of 2.2 dB for a static target, and 0.1 dB for a moving target, in resulting the 20% probability of range error with the MIMO setup. A moving vessel's effect was observed to degrade the range error estimation performance between 0.6 to 2.7 dB. Meanwhile, the proposed method was proven to improve the 20% probability of velocity error by 1.75 dB. The impact of multi-frequency MIMO was also observed to produce better average error performance.

main idea is to exploit multiple radio access networks in order to enhance the available end-to-end
bandwidth and the perceived quality of experience. The scope has been reached by combining multiple

A novel optimal small cells deployment for next-generation cellular networks IJECEIAES
Small-cell-deployments have pulled cellular operators to boost coverage and capacity in high-demand areas (for example, downtown hot spots). The location of these small cells (SCs) should be determined in order to achieve successful deployments. In this paper, we propose a new approach that optimizes small cells deployment in cellular networks to achieve three objectives: reduce the total cost of network installation, balancing the allocation of resources, i.e. placement of each SC and their transmitted power, and providing optimal coverage area with a lower amount of interference between adjacent stations. An accurate formula was obtained to determine the optimum number of SC deployment (NSC). Finally, we derive a mathematical expression to calculate the critical-handoff-point (CHP) for neighboring wireless stations.

Device-to-Device (D2D) communication has been considered a key enabling technol- ogy that can facilitate spectrum sharing in 4G and 5G cellular networks. In order to meet the high data rate demands of these new generation cellular networks, this paper considers the optimization of available spectrum resource through dynamic spectrum access. The utilization of continuous-time Markov chain (CTMC) model for efficient spectrum access in D2D-enabled cellular networks is investigated for the purpose of determining the impact of this model on the capacity improvement of cellular networks. The paper considers the use of CTMC model with both queueing and non-queueing cases called 13-Q CTMC and 6-NQ CTMC respectively with the aim of improving the overall capacity of the cellular network under a fairness constraint among all users. The proposed strategy consequently ensures that spectrum access for cellular and D2D users is optimally coordinated by designing optimal spectrum access probabilities. Numerical simulations are performed to observe the impact of the proposed Markovian queueing model on spectrum access and consequently on the capacity of D2D-enabled cellular networks. Results showed that the proposed 13-Q CTMC provide a more spectrumefficient sharing scheme, thereby enabling better network performances and larger capabilities to accommodate more users.

The fifth-generation wireless communication is expected to provide a huge amount of capacity to cater to the need of an increasing number of mobile consumers, which can be satisfied by device-to-device (D2D) communication. Reusing the cellular user’s resources in an efficient manner helps to increase the spectrum efficiency of the network but it leads to severe interference. The important point in reusing cellular user resources is that D2D communication should not affect the cellular user’s efficiency. After achieving this requirement, the focus is now turned toward the allocation of resources to D2D communication. This resource allocation strategy is to be designed in such a way that it will not affect communication among the cellular user (CU). This scheme improves various performance objectives. This paper aims at designing a proportional fair resource allocation algorithm based on the bipartite graph which maintains the quality of service (QoS) of CUs while providing D2D communication. This algorithm can be merged with any other scheme of resource allocation for improving QoS and adopting changing channels. In this scheme, a D2D pair can be allocated with one or more than one resource blocks. The MATLAB simulations analyze the performance of the proposed scheme.
A novel frequency reconfigurable antenna for smart grid applications in TV w...IJECEIAES
This paper presents the design and analysis of a frequency reconfigurable, aperture coupled rectangular patch antenna for use in smart grid applications in TV white space bands. The proposed antenna model has been realized on multi-substrate layers of Polylactic acid (PLA) material (εr=2.65, tanδ=0.003) with a ground plane sandwiched in between them. An aperture has been made in the ground plane for coupling energy to the patch. The overall system dimensions are 270×270 mm. The feature of frequency reconfigurability has been achieved by incorporating a switch and varying the reactance of the feed line on the bottom substrate. A rectangular slot on the long feed line improves impedance matching. The ON and OFF states of the switch provide two operating frequency bands namely 630.13 to 636.7 MHz and 619.16 to 625.3 MHz respectively. The proposed aperture coupled reconfigurable system operates with a maximum gain of 6.4 dB and average efficiency of 78.5% in both bands. The measured results are satisfactory and the proposed antenna will be suitable for operation in the smart grid environment.

A vital technology in the next-generation cellular network is device-to-device (D2D) communication. Cellular user enabled with D2D communication provides high spectral efficiency and further increases the coverage area of the cell, especially for the end-cell users and blind spot areas. However, the implementation of D2D communication increases interference among the cellular and D2D users. In this paper, we proposed a radio resource allocation (RRA) algorithm to manage the interference using fractional frequency reuse (FFR) scheme and Hungarian algorithm. The proposed algorithm is divided into three parts. First, the FFR scheme allocates different frequency bands among the cell (inner and outer region) for both the cellular and the D2D users to reduce the interference. Second, the Hungarian weighted bipartite matching algorithm is used to allocate the resources to D2D users with the minimum total system interference, while maintaining the total system sum rate. The cellular users share the resources with more than one D2D pair. Lastly, the local search technique of swapping is used for further allocation to minimize the interference. We implemented two types of assignments, fair multiple assignment, and restricted multiple assignment. We compared our results with existing algorithms which verified that our proposed algorithm provides outstanding results in aspects like interference reduction and system sum rate. For restricted multiple assignment, 60-70% of the D2D users are allocated in average cases.

The new protocol, called Multipath Destination Sequenced Distance Vector (MDSDV) is based on the well known single path Destination Sequenced Distance Vector (DSDV) is compared with known protocol DSDV. This work containing evaluates the protocols on a range of MANETS with between 50, 75 and 100 nodes, which are static nodes. The protocol comparison metrics are Throughput and Residual Energy.

The access part of all cellular network’s generation suffers from common concerns related to dead spots (zones that are not covered by the network) and hot spots (zones where the number of users is higher compared to network resources). During the last decade, lots of research proposals have tried to overcome cellular problems through multi-hop D2D architecture, which is a new paradigm allowing the direct communication between devices in cellular network to enhance network performances and improve user QoS. In this paper, we propose a multi-hop D2D architecture based on the OLSR protocol to extend cellular coverage. Cell-OLSR, which is the proposed adaptation of OLSR for our architecture, allows the exchange of cellular parameters between nodes to choose the best proxy device to forward data to the cellular base station (BS).
Device-to-device (D2D) communications underlaying a cellular infrastructure has been proposed as a means of taking advantage of the physical proximity of communicating devices, increasing resource utilization, and improving cellular coverage. Relative to the traditional cellular methods, there is a need to design new peer discovery methods, physical layer procedures, and radio resource management algorithms that help realize the potential article we use the 3GPP Long Term Evolution system as a baseline for D2D design, review some of the key design challenges, and propose solution approaches that allow cellular devices and D2D pairs to share spectrum resources and thereby increase the spectrum and energy efficiency of traditional cellular networks. Sim- ulation results illustrate the viability of the proposed design.

Novel evaluation framework for sensing spread spectrum in cognitive radioIJECEIAES
The cognitive radio network is designed to cater to the optimization demands of restricted spectrum availability. A review of existing literature on spectrum sensing shows that there is still a broader scope for its improvement. Therefore, this paper introduces an efficient computational framework capable of evaluating the effectiveness of the spread spectrum concept in the context of cognitive radio network in a more scalable and granular way. The proposed method introduces a dual hypothesis using a different set of dependable parameters to emphasize the detection of optimal energy for a low signal quality state over the noise. The proposed evaluation framework is benchmarked using a statistical analysis method not present in any existing approaches toward spread spectrum sensing. The simulated outcome of the study exhibits that the proposed system offers a significantly better probability of detection than the current system using a simplified evaluation scheme with multiple test parameters.

Several techniques are available at different levels of the OSI model to maximize the WSN lifetime and especially at the network layer which uses routing strategies to maintain the routes in the network and guarantee reliable communication. In this paper we intend to propose a new protocol called
Combined Energy and Distance Metrics Dynamic Routing Protocol (CEDM-DR). Our new approach considers not only the distance between wireless sensors but also the energy of node acting as a router in order to find the optimal path and achieve a dynamic and adaptive routing.
The performance metrics exploited for the evaluation of our protocol are average energy consumed, network lifetime and packets lost. By comparing our proposed routing strategy to protocol widely used in WSN namely Ad hoc On demand Distance Vector(AODV), simulation results show that CEDM-DR strategy might effectively balance the sensor power consumption and permits accordingly to enhance the network
lifetime. As well, this new protocol yields a noticeable energy saving compared to its counterpart.

Background and Objective Telehealth has become a well known tool for the delivery of health care in Saudi Arabia, and the perspective and knowledge of healthcare providers are influential in the implementation, adoption and advancement of the method. This systematic review was conducted to examine the current literature base regarding telehealth and the related healthcare professional perspective and knowledge in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Materials and Methods This systematic review was conducted by searching 7 databases including, MEDLINE, CINHAL, Web of Science, Scopus, PubMed, PsycINFO, and ProQuest Central. Studies on healthcare practitioners telehealth knowledge and perspectives published in English in Saudi Arabia from 2000 to 2023 were included. Boland directed this comprehensive review. The researchers examined each connected study using the AXIS tool, which evaluates cross sectional systematic reviews. Narrative synthesis was used to summarise and convey the data. Results Out of 1840 search results, 10 studies were included. Positive outlook and limited knowledge among providers were seen across trials. Healthcare professionals like telehealth for its ability to improve quality, access, and delivery, save time and money, and be successful. Age, gender, occupation, and work experience also affect health workers knowledge. In Saudi Arabia, healthcare professionals face inadequate expert assistance, patient privacy, internet connection concerns, lack of training courses, lack of telehealth understanding, and high costs while performing telemedicine. Conclusions Healthcare practitioners telehealth perceptions and knowledge were examined in this systematic study. Its collection of concerned experts different personal attitudes and expertise would help enhance telehealths implementation in Saudi Arabia, develop its healthcare delivery alternative, and eliminate frequent problems. This research investigates the nexus between online discussions on Dr. B.R. Ambedkars ideals and their impact on social inclusion among college students in Gurugram, Haryana. Surveying 240 students from 12 government colleges, findings indicate that 65 actively engage in online discussions, with 80 demonstrating moderate to high awareness of Ambedkars ideals. Statistically significant correlations reveal that higher online engagement correlates with increased awareness p 0.05 and perceived social inclusion. Variations across colleges and a notable effect of college type on perceived social inclusion highlight the influence of contextual factors. Furthermore, the intersectional analysis underscores nuanced differences based on gender, caste, and socio economic status. The Role of Mentoring and Its Influence on the Effectiveness of the Teaching ...ijtsrd
This paper reports on a study which was conducted to investigate the role of mentoring and its influence on the effectiveness of the teaching of Physics in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. The study adopted the convergent parallel mixed methods design, focusing on respondents in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. Both quantitative and qualitative data were collected, analysed separately, and the results were compared to see if the findings confirm or disconfirm each other. The quantitative analysis found that majority of the respondents 72 of Physics teachers affirmed that they had more experienced colleagues as mentors to help build their confidence, improve their teaching, and help them improve their effectiveness and efficiency in guiding learners’ achievements. Only 28 of the respondents disagreed with these statements. With majority respondents 72 agreeing with the statements, it implies that in most secondary schools, experienced Physics teachers act as mentors to build teachers’ confidence in teaching and improving students’ learning. The interview qualitative data analysis summarized how secondary school Principals use meetings with mentors and mentees to promote mentorship in the school milieu. This has helped strengthen teachers’ classroom practices in secondary schools in the South West Region of Cameroon. With the results confirming each other, the study recommends that mentoring should focus on helping teachers employ social interactions and instructional practices feedback and clarity in teaching that have direct measurable impact on students’ learning achievements. This study primarily focuses on the design of a high side buck converter using an Arduino microcontroller. The converter is specifically intended for use in DC DC applications, particularly in standalone solar PV systems where the PV output voltage exceeds the load or battery voltage. To evaluate the performance of the converter, simulation experiments are conducted using Proteus Software. These simulations provide insights into the input and output voltages, currents, powers, and efficiency under different state of charge SoC conditions of a 12V,70Ah rechargeable lead acid battery. Additionally, the hardware design of the converter is implemented, and practical data is collected through operation, monitoring, and recording. By comparing the simulation results with the practical results, the efficiency and performance of the designed converter are assessed. The findings indicate that while the buck converter is suitable for practical use in standalone PV systems, its efficiency is compromised due to a lower output current. Some of the definitions of sustainable energy include the considerations of environmental aspects such as greenhouse gas emissions, social, and economic aspects such as energy poverty. Generally far more sustainable than fossil fuel are renewable energy sources such as wind, hydroelectric power, solar, and geothermal energy sources. Worthy of note is that some renewable energy projects, like the clearing of forests to produce biofuels, can cause severe environmental damage. The sustainability of nuclear power which is a low carbon source is highly debated because of concerns about radioactive waste, nuclear proliferation, and accidents. The switching from coal to natural gas has environmental benefits, including a lower climate impact, but could lead to delay in switching to more sustainable options. “Carbon capture and storage” can be built into power plants to remove the carbon dioxide CO2 emissions, but this technology is expensive and has rarely been implemented. Leading non renewable energy sources around the world is fossil fuels, coal, petroleum, and natural gas. This paper aims to outline the executive regulations, survey standards, and specifications required for the implementation of the Sudan Survey Act, and for regulating and organizing all surveying work activities in Sudan. The act has been discussed for more than 5 years. The Land Survey Act was initiated by the Sudan Survey Authority and all official legislations were headed by the Sudan Ministry of Justice till it was issued in 2022. The paper presents conceptual guidelines to be used for the Survey Act implementation and to regulate the survey work practice, standardizing the field surveys, processing, quality control, procedures, and the processes related to survey work carried out by the stakeholders and relevant authorities in Sudan. The conceptual guidelines are meant to improve the quality and harmonization of geospatial data and to aid decision making processes as well as geospatial information systems. The established comprehensive executive regulations will govern and regulate the implementation of the Sudan Survey Geomatics Act in all surveying and mapping practices undertaken by the Sudan Survey Authority SSA and state local survey departments for public or private sector organizations. The targeted standards and specifications include the reference frame, projection, coordinate systems, and the guidelines and specifications that must be followed in the field of survey work, processes, and mapping products. Towards the Implementation of the Sudan Interpolated Geoid Model Khartoum Sta...ijtsrd
The discussions between ellipsoid and geoid have invoked many researchers during the recent decades, especially during the GNSS technology era, which had witnessed a great deal of development but still geoid undulation requires more investigations. To figure out a solution for Sudans local geoid, this research has tried to intake the possibility of determining the geoid model by following two approaches, gravimetric and geometrical geoid model determination, by making use of GNSS leveling benchmarks at Khartoum state. The Benchmarks are well distributed in the study area, in which, the horizontal coordinates and the height above the ellipsoid have been observed by GNSS while orthometric heights were carried out using precise leveling. The Global Geopotential Model GGM represented in EGM2008 has been exploited to figure out the geoid undulation at the benchmarks in the study area. This is followed by a fitting process, that has been done to suit the geoid undulation data which has been computed using GNSS leveling data and geoid undulation inspired by the EGM2008. Two geoid surfaces were created after the fitting process to ensure that they are identical and both of them could be counted for getting the same geoid undulation with an acceptable accuracy. In this respect, statistical operation played an important role in ensuring the consistency and integrity of the model by applying cross validation techniques splitting the data into training and testing datasets for building the geoid model and testing its eligibility. The geometrical solution for geoid undulation computation has been utilized by applying straightforward equations that facilitate the calculation of the geoid undulation directly through applying statistical techniques for the GNSS leveling data of the study area to get the common equation parameters values that could be utilized to calculate geoid undulation of any position in the study area within the claimed accuracy. Both systems were checked and proved eligible to be used within the study area with acceptable accuracy which may contribute to solving the geoid undulation problem in the Khartoum area, and be further generalized to determine the geoid model over the entire country, and this could be considered in the future, for regional and continental geoid model. harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied

B. System Model
The Multiple Cellular UEs intercommunicate with base station
on M different cellular networks which may not be in near
proximitycanbereusedbytraditionalUEsduringbothuplink
(UL) and downlink (DL) . The D2D UEs must ensure their
power constraints and sharing of cellular resources operate
in same frequency spectrum that result in the failure of
cellular link. During the uplink period, D2D UEs only need to
keeps the interference of their signals within the wireless
users, that are disjoint of licensed network. Contribution
management view at entire authorized users if they degrade
the downlink resources of cellular users. Thus, we desire to
provide the appropriate resourcesandfocusingontheuplink
interference yield by the cointegrate of the channel-based
resourceallocation.
In particular we define that there are control channelstofind
the best cellular resource between the D2D users and route
discovery. Channel state information (CSI) increases the
complexityand assumptive to be best at the receiver, but the
forward and backwardchannelsareformal.Asaoutcome,CSI
canobtainedbytransmitterthroughaneffectivewayresponse
from the receiver. At the same time, both the D2D pairs and
optional relays cannot acquire CSI between base stations ,
and no interference communicate to each users. Channel
selection and base station interference is not calculated
accurately.
The contribution of existing stateofthispaperisorganizedas
follows. In Section II the channel modelisintroduced.Section
III introduces the rate estimation frame work.Acompressive
measurementprotocolispresentedandlinearaswell as non-
linear estimators that operate on the compressive

II. PROPOSED SYSTEM
Full duplex relaysare fixed between two users to collaborate
with D2D users which userhave poor directlink quality or to
allocate an extended good communication range. The
extendedcommunicationsendsthemodulationsignaltobase
station and control messages send through the control
channel to other users and to systematize the redeployment
of resources. For allocation of resource we denote the set of
relaysasR.Thepropagationchannel ofsourceanddestination
which determine by receiver of whole system are point out
by S and D,respectively.
We have to undertake that thedestinationandD2Dusersare
with the unchanging provider of service. The relays which
assist nearby D2D pairs can share frequency resources that
the time domain owns, while those users that do not desire
additional signal dimension to use different spectral
resources. Relaying mechanism can aid multiple D2D
communication and propose a distributed solution using
spectrum utilization. Every relay in D2D pairs is processed
with set of antennas that operate in full- duplex mode. The
relay protocol used in full duplex is decode-and-forward
protocol which is employed by the relays to analyze the
performance of relay network. As discussed in 3GPP long
term evolution system and related researchers, each D2D
user pair is assigned using communication pairs of both
uplink and downlink resource in dedicated mode, where
new interference among users is negligible. The D2D user
pairs communicate directly between portable nearby
wirelessdevicesindedicatedbasestationandaredistributed
over same shared cellular spectrum.
Byconsideringthepossiblenon-line-of-sight(NLOS)channel
modeling can be improved . The main objective is to
minimize the power consumption of mobile devices also
improve the system throughput. Single-objective problem
formulation is different from multi-objective combinatorial
optimization problem it balances the trade-offbetweentotal
transmit power and system throughput.

A. Channel Model
Latterly, over 10 GHz of frequency above 24GHzisvacantby
the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for fifth
generation wireless communications. The features of low
latency of the mm Wave frequency bands support 38 GHz
band.
Here consider relay-assisted D2D communication in
millimeter system that operates on the frequencyof 38 GHz.

The mmWave communication channel model is different
from the current cellular channel model. One important
difference is that multiple D2D pairs require directional
antennas. By adopting the channel model introducedinpeer-
to-peer wireless communication and consider a completely
different frequency band for both line-of-sight (LOS)andnon
line-of-sight( NLOS) cases. We consider potential NLOS
communications if the line-of-sight is blocked due to
reflections. Let z denote the distancebetweenthetransmitter

Channel estimation is performed by the transmitter and
receiver channel periodically to manage resources by
overlapping and minimizing pilot sequences orthogonally.
In mm Wave technology, antenna gain is improved by
directional antennas. A sectored directional transmitting
antenna channel model is proposed at the center of the cell.
The general equation to model the channel gain of antenna is

B. Throughput of a User Pair
To determine the throughput of a user pair, first require the
signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) in each hop of
the D2D communication. For user pair ݈݅=()݅݀,݅ݏ which is
assisted by relay rj , we denote Psi, rj as the transmit power
of source device si to relay rj. We denote the transmit power
of relay rj to destination device di as Prj, di. The signal-to-
interference plus noise ratio from source si to relay rj is

by full-duplex relay rj and N0 is the noise power. In each
group the loop-interference channel gain hLI to determine
the loop-interference power received by the full-duplex
relay. The loop interference channel gain hLI is defined as
the ratio between the transmit power of full-duplex relay
and received loop-interference power. Imperfect loop-
interference cancellation is due to leakageofpowerfromthe
transmitter to its receiver in full-duplex relay. The user pair
of each orthogonal channel is allocated to avoid the mutual

III. RESULT AND DISCUSSION
In this work design we propose a joint relay selection and
power allocation algorithm in mm wave based wireless
networks for full duplex relay-assistedD2Dcommunication.
Initially we set 100 nodes for D2D communication.

After creating the node the relay allocation process is
started. Two relay allocation algorithm is used that are
Centralized Relay Selection and Power Allocation Algorithm,

In the fig 1.4 and 1.5 shows the transmit powerandsystem
throughput of D2D user pair. Here the transmit power of
proposed system is very low compare to existing system. So
it saves the energy of the D2D user pairs. The system
throughput of proposed system is very high compare to
existing system. So the proposed system is provide high
speed communication

the fig 1.6 and 1.7 shows the
transmitpowerofD2Duserpairandrelays.Comparethetotal
transmit power of devices in our proposed algorithms with
that obtained by ARS and DRS algorithms for different
number of D2D user pairs. The proposed centralized
algorithm substantially outperforms ARS. The proposed
distributed algorithm outperforms DRS. The centralized
algorithm results less transmitpowerthanARS i.e)37%,and
our distributed algorithm achieves less transmitpowerthan
DRS i.e) 26%. The optimal solutionisachieved bycentralized
algorithm based onstablematchinginproposeddistributed
algorithm with weighted matching obtain a exceed solution
than DRS.

The fig 1.8. shows the total transmit power versus different
loop-interference channel gain. The gain range should be
considered from -108dB to -100dB. If the total transmits
power increases as the loop-interference channel gain also
increases. This will result in a higher transmitting powerdue
to stronger loop-interference. The proposed centralized
algorithm achieves lower transmit power 38% comparedto
ARS.The distributedalgorithmachieves DRS by 32%.

In the fig 1.9 and 1.10 shows the System throughput of D2D
user pair and relays. When there are four relays in the
network compare the system throughput with different
number of D2D user pairs . The above results shows that our
proposed centralizedalgorithmachievesahigherthroughput
and our proposed distributed algorithm obtains a higher
throughput compared to ARS and DRS under 13 D2D user
pairs. The centralized algorithm achieves 12% higher
throughput than ARS and our distributed algorithm
outperforms DRS by 15%. Improvement of throughput of
proposedalgorithmoverARS andDRSincreasestheuserpairs.
Relay selection and power allocation is obtained by
maximizing thethroughput.

The fig 1.11 shows the System throughput versus loop-
interference channel gain. Compare the systemthroughput
versusdifferentloop-interference channel gain. If the loop-
interference channel gain increases the system throughput
also slightly decreases. This will resultina lowerthroughput
due to stronger loop interference. However, our proposed
centralized algorithm always achieves a higher throughput
than ARS and our distributed algorithmachievesthroughput
thanDRS.

Fig 1.12 and 1.13 shows the optimal power consumptionand
Optimal system throughput. Centralized algorithm is
obtained by the optimal total transmit power and system
throughput when λ1 =1and we vary λ2. According to the
weight coefficient we have to observe that the optimal
solution is sensitive. λ2 is increased by improving the
throughput. Power is reduced by increased throughput. In
this case, more power is consumed to achieve a higher
throughput to find the optimal solution. The above results
also show that the increment of the throughput is not as fast
as the increment of the power. If the transmit power
increases the marginal throughput increment becomes
smaller . To balance the total transmit power and system
throughput the marginal throughput increment provides
useful insights of the system design.
IV. CONCLUSION
Thus, the relay-assisted D2Dcommunicationforfullduplex
in mm wave based 5G networks using joint relay selection
and power allocation problem was formulated . Here, we
proposed modelling approach to balance the trade- off
between total transmit power and system throughputbased
on multi-objective optimization problem . The optimization
problem eliminates loop-interference cancellation for mm
wave full- duplex relaying systems. The QoS requirementsis
considered between D2D and cellular layers to explore the
possibilities for differentapplicationsaswellastheproximity
and hop gains of peer discovery and relays. The problem
convergence with message passing strategy which is
complex to solve the proposed scheme using standard
optimization techniques. To mitigate the complexity of
resource allocation problem and combinatorial problem, we
extended potential D2D users along with the problem into a
one-to-one matching by considering weighted bipartite
graph. We then proposed a centralized algorithm to find the
solution in polynomial time. In proposed centralized
algorithm we proved solution obtained is Paretooptimal .To
reduce the overhead we further proposed a distributed
algorithm to imposed by exchanging message passing
strategies. The performance of our proposed algorithms is
evaluated through simulations. The above results showed
that our proposedalgorithmssolidlyreducethetotaltransmit
power and improve the system throughput compared to
recentlyproposedalgorithmsinfullduplexmode.
