The document evaluates and compares two routing protocols, DSDV and MDSDV, for Mobile Ad Hoc Networks (MANETs) under varying node densities. MDSDV is proposed as a more efficient protocol than DSDV in terms of throughput and residual energy, especially in scenarios with 50, 75, and 100 static nodes. The study utilizes simulation tools to assess the performance of these protocols, confirming that MDSDV offers better resource management and adaptability in dynamic network environments.
