Your Apprentice may be required to attend
the 3aaa Training Academy for classroom-
based training periodically throughout the
year. Your local Academy will be able to
explain this in detail as training schedules
differ slightly from programme to programme
and from Academy to Academy.
For the majority of our programmes, one
of our Assessors will also work closely with
your Apprentice and will regularly visit them
at your place of work to check their progress.

Our dedicated Recruitment Executives will work closely with you to understand the
needs of your business and to help you select the best possible candidate. This is part of
a free ‘match and fill’ recruitment service that we offer our partner employers.
At 3aaa, we are dedicated to providing you with the talented young people that will form
the pipeline of your future workforce for years to come. Our team will work with you
to find the young people with both the skills and personality that match your business.
During our Ofsted Inspection in November 2014, Ofsted recognised that our Apprentices
are highly valued by employers and very quickly progress to play pivotal roles in helping
to transform the business.

THE FIGURES THAT
MATTER TO YOU:
PAY:
A minimum of £3.30 per hour (although
you may choose to pay more). This is for
a minimum of 30 hours per week and a
maximum of 40 hours per week.
*Subject to government change
WHAT THIS MEANS TO YOU:
If you employ an Apprentice, they work
30 hours a week and you are entitled to
the Age Grant*, this will amount to just
£304 per month!

PROGRAMME LENGTH:
Approximately 2 years for a Level 3
progression onto Level 4. A minimum
of 12 months for a Level 3 only. Contact

progression routes.
TRAINING & RECRUITMENT VALUE:
Estimated value of training is £8,000.00
and recruitment support is valued at over
£2,000.00. There are no costs to your
business for the recruitment and training.

The 3aaa Technology Apprenticeship programme creates opportunities for a
business like yours to bring in fresh and innovative talent that will transform
your company. Our Apprentices receive bespoke IT training which has been
designed and tailored to meet the continually evolving IT industry.
WEB & SOCIAL MEDIA
We combine these vital, modern sectors to deliver a truly diverse programme
in which your Apprentice will learn a range of different skills such as Social
Media, Content Management, Digital Marketing and Web Development so that
they are fully equipped to meet the needs of your business.
DIGITAL MARKETING
With this sector becoming more prominent every day, your Apprentice will
learn to understand how social media and digital marketing can positively

ACCOUNTANCY
We deliver the internationally recognised AAT (Association of Accounting
Technicians) qualification through an outstanding Apprenticeship programme
that delivers high quality, industry ready employees.
BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
Our Business Administration Apprenticeship has been designed for your
Apprentice to demonstrate a practised set of skills when carrying out a range
of different business administrative operations.
FINANCIAL SERVICES
We work with the highest standard of job ready, enthusiastic and reliable young
people who are keen to make a head start in their Finance career.
