ARCH PROGRAM @ WINNING
The Arch Program @ Winning is unique and tailored providing the opportunity
for current university students and recent graduates. The program provides an
opportunity for everyone to continue crafting their career by springing into our
business, backed by solid and robust development. Towards the end of each
financial and calendar year, we will be looking to bring onboard a number of
shining stars across the business who will be supported in the best way. Apply

Graduate Program
As one of our graduates, you will have a full time position with us, located at
our dynamic Redfern head office. You will have the benefit of being a part of
an accelerated development plan which includes our Management Program,
Mentor & Mentee, Graduate Learning Circle and our High Potential programs.
You will be equipped with the tools to provide you with a sharp advantage in a
defining stage of your career.

Management Program
Our Management Program is named Atlas and runs over
the course of a twelve month period where you will be
able to interact with leaders from all areas of the business
at various management levels. The courses include:
•	 Management Essentials
•	 Recruitment, Induction and Employment Relations
•	 Coaching for Performance
Mentor & Mentee Program
The program runs for twelve months, where you will be assigned a Men-
tor who is from another area of the business. The role of your Mentor is to
support you in developing skills in various areas. You will also gain support to
define your career plan and guidance on how you can achieve, what you want
to achieve.
Graduate Learning Circle
The Graduate Learning Circle is a forum that is held every two to three
months. In this forum you are able to network with
other graduates and interns to share experiences and support
each other through your development.
Accelerate Pathway
Our Accelerate Pathway is one that places you in a selected mix of our super
talented people. Team members within the program have access and support
in moving up and creating a blueprint plan on how to achieve.
Internship
Our Internship program runs for a period of three months, with everyone
required to commit to at least 16 hours per week (two business days) to be at
work.
This is a fantastic opportunity to dip your toes into a successful cutting edge
technology and sensory retailer, and get to know the kind of career path
you’d like or are considering to pursue. The bonus is that you get financially
supported while developing and working with us.
Of course, the Internship role you secure will detail exactly what you will be
doing. Your manager at the time will have a plan ready for you on the types
of tasks and responsibilities you will complete. You will also be introduced
and buddied up with the people you can refer to for support.

Harry - Appliances Online
Harry started his career as an installer for our appliances, on
the road fulfilling orders coming through our websites and
stores. After providing and delivering on the amazing custom-
er service that we’re known for, Harry wanted to work on the
front line directly partnering with our customers to help them
choose the appliance right for them. Harry was successful in
applying and securing a role in our call centre as a Customer
Service Consultant. Five years on, he moved his way up as
Team Leader then later on moved further up as the Manager
of our Customer Service call centre. In this role he supports a
team of 30 team members and team leaders.
Jenny - Appliances Online
Jenny started her working life in our customer service call
centre, which we call the Engine room of Appliances Online!
Once she nailed that role, she was poached by the Manager
of our Customer Experience Team. After a few months in
that team she then became a Team Leader. Jenny quickly
recognised a passion for Marketing, and decided that this
was the career she wanted to pursue. Jenny worked with
the team at the Winning Group to help her set up her next
career move. Guess what - now she’s working as a Marketing
Campaign Coordinator for the Winning Group!
Anita - Winning Appliances
Anita started with us as a Graphic Designer in 2013 and
after recognising her passion for our brand and her
capabilities, she was very quickly promoted to Marketing
Operations Manager in 2014. Fast forward another 3 years
and she is now the Retail Marketing Manager of Winning
Appliances, owning the ongoing success of all our national
marketing campaigns. Go Anita!
