Introduction – Employee Tracking
and Management System
 Employee tracking and management system is a mobile app which is used firebase real-time database.
 Employee of Marketing team communicator do not have localize software interact which aims at
targeting people of marketing communicator only.
 This app help to employee communications team members in a secure way.
 In this, we provide all functionality regarding it is a proper login, assign the task, chatting, Tracking the
address etc.
 Using the reports manager can see the performance of employees.
Scope
 To display home dashboard for all users for this app. We provide all functionality for a user with
user-friendly UI.
 To fetch data from multiple database tables based upon a user login.
 The manager can assign date and task to do for respective sales executive and sales executive
can submit their respective task at the time has given.
 Manager and admin can send a notification to every employee individually.
Scope (Contd.)
 For admin module, the admin has own dashboard, so it will have some functionality like
he can add a user, see the report of an employee, and task details etc.
 Users can update profile photo, username, and password.
 This app will be very useful for the marketing executives and manager who have to get
customer details, which need everyday communication among them.
 A back-end database working for maintaining the employee records which will be
managed by admin.
Objectives of the System
 Maintain customer information is secure and easy. and access information anytime
anywhere.
 Performance evaluation of employees admin can generate report weekly, monthly
and yearly.
 Admin gets employee location on the backend.
 No need to maintain a diary in manually.
 Admin sees the details of the task, status, completion date and response of customers
etc.
 We provide chatting functionality for discussion purpose.

 It is developed by Google and later the OHA (Open Handset Alliance).
 The goal of android project is to create a successful real-world product that improves the
mobile experience for end users.

IDE : Android Studio
 Android Studio is the official integrated development environment (IDE)
for Google's Android operating system. designed specifically for Android development.
 It is available for download on Windows, macOS and Linux based operating systems.
Database : Firebase
 Store and sync data between users and devices in real-time using a cloud-hosted, NoSQL
database.
 Firebase Auth offers multiple methods to authenticate, including email and password.
 Firebase provide Crashlytics, Cloud Storage, Performance Monitoring etc.

 The project titled employee tracking and management system is an android based
application. The aim of the project was to easy work of marketing team.
 The project gives a good idea on developing a user-friendly application which
satisfying different user.
 The application has been tested with live users and has provided a successful result.
 Hence the application has proved to work efficiently.
 This application is used to evaluate the performance of employees in the marketing
team.
Future Scope
 However, there is still a lot of scope for future improvement and add on in
functionality.
 the following modules will be added in future :
1. A trigger of Notification.
2. Filters of responses.
3. Documents sharing.
4. Navigation Drawer.
5. UI panel that shows menu and setting, change the theme, about us etc.
