This document describes a proposed employee monitoring system using Android smartphones. The system would allow managers to track employee phone usage such as call logs, text messages, browser history, and location via GPS. It consists of an employee app on employee phones, an admin app for managers, and a centralized server to store phone usage data. When an employee leaves an approved area, an alert is sent to managers. The system aims to reduce unauthorized phone use and help calculate employee behavior using k-means clustering. It provides a more secure alternative to existing systems by using 3G networks instead of 2G or Bluetooth.
