Who is in charge of your company culture?
Everyone!
We need platforms that bring employees together that are engaging and interactive
That let individuals within shine…
… and give everyone a place to fit in or contribute
Your most passionate will lead!
… but many will segment themselves
Humans are naturally self-organizing swarms…
How will you activate employees to take ownership over their culture and inspire awareness?
We must shift our thinking to inspire staff to line up be active in something that’s about them .
Our employees become our… brainstorming group
Our employees become our… focus group
Our employees become our… testing team
Our employees become our… marketing dept.
Our employees become our… sales force
Our employees become our… corporate recruiter
Our employees become our… brand ambassadors
Our employees become our… fundraisers
What do your employees care about? What do they pay attention to?
Things to consider Identify each audiences and list what they need to know vs. what they want to know What existing resources do they have access to? What tools are they likely using Match what we need to communicate with what tools best fit their needs Develop a registration/sign-up solution
