This document discusses using online media to create meaningful connections. It emphasizes that digital tools can enhance face-to-face networking by increasing productivity, adding value, and creating discussion. Storytelling, honesty, inclusion, listening, helping others, and saying thank you are identified as keys to success online. Engagement is stressed as the most important factor. Specific tools like blogs, social networks, and mobile are mentioned as ways to connect with community members, endowment holders, and estate planners.
