• We all started learning about ourselves as leaders by identifying what motivates
us to work for Wall and what learnings we want to get out of this experience. Go
for the next step by figuring out your strengths & weaknesses. Ask other
leaders in the team
• With every action & reaction with your team (announcement, chase-up,
confirmation …etc.) ask yourself, does it build warmth? Does it show I care?
• Count the number of times you assumed things in a period of time. Minimize
those
• Seek feedback from team, but not too early. Build credibility first
