Electronics
 Built and tested digital and analog circuits, AM/FM receivers and transmitters, AC and DC
circuits, amplifiers, timers, and oscillators.
 Troubleshot AC and DC circuits, identifying faulty components, power supplies, oscillator and
timer circuits; and logic circuits to the component level
 Utilized testing equipment including Oscilloscope, Frequency Generator, Pulse Generator, DMM,
AC and DC power supplies.
 Measured and determined frequency responses for high, low, and band pass filters
 Read basic digital schematics and determined outputs based on inputs
 Solved and evaluated mathematical expressions used in basic science and electronics
 Basic soldering experience
 Simulate and design electronic circuits using Multisim and VisSim
 Knowledge of Hydraulics and Pneumatics
 Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Orcad, MathLab, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Word
ATM
 On-site diagnosis and technical fixes like card jams, bill jams, and software jam as well as
network connection problems.
 Maintenance on the ATM machines which include replacement of card reader belts, light bulbs,
air filters, and much more.
 Installed and inspected components, final products inspections
 Troubleshot repairs and maintenance including on-site emergency repairs
 Operated heavy equipment’s
 Fixing problems such as worn card readers and malfunctioning cash dispensing system.
Test Equipment
 Ability to use and troubleshot: Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Function Generator and Power Supply
Computers
 Troubleshot main components and peripherals of microcomputer systems
 Analyze microcomputer system performance by utilizing information from system,
diagnostics, and utilities

Room Service Busser
 Reset tables in a speedy professional and effective manner as guests leave the restaurant.
 Grooming on the entire restaurant and its perimeters.
 Supporting servers and service staff with refills and cleaning tables.
 Set tables with clean linens and silverware and remove soiled dishes, glassware and
silverware from the tables.
 Maintain the hallway from the hotel clean and clear from tables and dirty dishes.
 Remove all plates and glasses etc... and wipe crumbs onto a tray when the guest leave.
Room Service Server
 Knowledge of service time, menu, and specials.
 Responsible for each guest check and co-ordination of tables/ trays pick-ups.
 Responsible for set-up, delivery and presentation of VIP and other guest amenity.
 Responsible for ensuring that Room Service orders are promptly and accurately delivers.
 Highly skilled in retrieving all food orders and beverages from the kitchen and placing on
table in keeping with departmental standards.
 Comprehensive knowledge of transporting tables and trays from Room Service to guest
rooms.
 Able to welcome guests professionally.
Banquet Convention Set – Up
 Provide all group guests with a lasting experience of the resort with intent for return
business
 Review Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) at the beginning of each shift to ensure room are
set as contracted. Confirm and setup A/V equipment needs to contract for the event.
 Open rooms for use adjusting lights, sound volumes, and temperature as needed for each
room before guests arrive.
 Be in communication with the lead catering staff regarding any special needs.
 Assist in ensuring that the events are on time. Make adjustments as needed and relay
that information to the appropriate personnel.
 Pass any information that is needed to the next staff member on duty.
 Ensure proper use, storage and maintenance of all A/V and meeting room equipment.
 Ensure there is proper back up in the event that any equipment is not properly
functioning.
 Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in all areas of the Conference Center.
 Communicate any areas of need, problems, and concerns from guest to Banquet
Manager.
 If no upcoming events, please have rooms in a readiness position for any possible site
inspections. Ensure that meeting rooms are re-set for next event contract if it is within
one day of previous event.
 Schedule or perform maintenance and repair as directed by Banquet Manager.
 Keep inventory of all Conference Center necessities and order or pick-up when in need
(on hand food and beverage items, cleaning supplies, paper products, linens, tables,
chairs, a/v, misc.).
 Perform a monthly inventory of all Conference Center property and give to Convention
 Services Manager for review.
 Work with Guest Services to transport any and all items needed for an outdoor event not
within the Conference Center and tent areas.
 Attend Safety Committee meetings to discuss safety issues around the resort.
 Work closely with Banquet Manager as to any details of banquets/events, done in weekly
 BEO meeting, otherwise in verbal communication.
 Assist Group Sales and Catering in all endeavors.
Fine Dining Server
 Greet customers as they arrive at the restaurant and inquire into their seating preferences
 Gauge customers’ seating needs (by counting number of people in a party) and lead them
to appropriate tables
 Assist customers in seating and provide them with menus
 Provide customers with information on revolving menu items and daily specials
 Leave customers for a little time to give them a chance to choose from the menu but keep
an eye out for customer calls
 Answer questions regarding menu items and ingredients and provide information
regarding diet items and specials
 Suggest appropriate wines and other beverages to go along with customers’ meals
 Maintain knowledge of any items that the kitchen may be running out of
 Take orders for lunch and dinner and repeat taken orders to ensure accuracy
 Inform customers about the time it will take for their orders to be prepared and served
 Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure that they are prepared according to recipe
 Check prepared orders for accuracy and portion and ensure that they are served in a time
efficient manner
 Prepare drinks according to customers’ instructions and serve then in a timely manner
 Ask customers if they would like anything else with their orders
 Assist cashiers in preparing checks for served meals and deliver checks to customers
 Take payment in exchange of services rendered and tender any change
 Make sure that tables are cleared, cleaned and bussed properly before the next set of
customers arrive
Barback
 Consistently collect, wash, sanitize and restock all glass and barware for repeated
bartender use.
 Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, fruit,
straws and napkins as necessary for bartender use.
 Perform general duties such as taking out trash, stocking restrooms, and complying with
special requests set forth by management.
 Maintain ongoing daily "Out of Stock" supply list and "Weekly Alcohol Use" lists to help
expedite supply orders.
 Execute weekly inventory of alcohol at all stations, liquor cage, walk-in cooler and liquor
room for Bar Manager to place reorders.
 Receive and back-stock weekly alcohol and supply deliveries into assigned and allocated
areas of the bar.
 Ensured that the inventory of the drinks at the bar is well stocked.
 Assisted the bartenders during rushes by serving drinks.
 Fully knowledgeable on the recipes of the drinks served at the bar.
 Managed closing duties, including cleaning entire bar area and back area
 Provided prompt, efficient, friendly, and quality service at all times
 Assisted servers by effectively handling customer complaints and special requests
Bartender
 Greet customers and present beverage menus
 Make recommendations and answer all related inquiries
 Check identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age
 Take orders from serving staff or directly from customers
 Record drink orders accurately into register system
 Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes
 Peel, slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
 Mix and garnish cocktails according to standard specs
 Serve snacks to customers seated at the bar
 Upsell drink and snack items to customers
 Respond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional fashion
 Attempt to limit problems related to customers' excessive drinking by following
established procedures
 Process transactions using the POS system
 Prepare checks for customers
 Process customer payments
 Arrange glasses and bottles into attractive and functional displays
 Ensure clean glasses, bar equipment and working areas
 Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies
 Balance the cash register at the start and close of each shift
 Monitor inventory
 Order and restock bar inventory
