This document describes a project to monitor energy usage and notify industries using an EB sim card. A microcontroller receives input from current and potential transformers to calculate power usage. The EB provides each industry with a sim card containing an EEPROM to store the allotted energy amount. When usage reaches the set value, the microcontroller sounds a buzzer and sends a notification to the manager. A block diagram shows current and potential transformers feeding the microcontroller, which then activates a buzzer driver and notifies via the EB sim card.

1. EMBEDDED BASED EB SIMCARD
ABSTRACT
In this project we are going to monitor the energy and indicating the intimation with EB simcard to the industries. Using this card, the organization who around the world, they can utilize
the power how much amount of energy that EB provided to them.
Here we are using MICROCONTROLLER to get the input from current transformer and
potential transformer. Here current transformer output will be in mill volt range. For
converting this we use precision rectifier. Its output is given to microcontroller. And the
potential transformer output is given to voltage divider circuit for getting the voltage. After
getting the voltage and current, we can calculate the power.
In this project EB provides the sim-card to each industry. This sim-card has an EEPROM. In
this EEPROM amount of energy would have been stored to utilize. When industry uses that
amount of energy our microcontroller will provide the sound by buzzer. If suppose it reaches
near to the value which we set, automatically our Microcontroller unit sends the particular
information to the manager by buzzer with sound
