I like the website but I really like
this part on this website, because
I like the fact that there are tips
and guides, nutrition and injury
prevention. This was on the
homepage, making it easier for
people to find what they are
looking for. On my website, I want
there to be something like this,
somewhere on the homepage for
people to find what they want
easily.

This was also on the
homepage. It is an
updated events page with
things that are going on
this week. It’s done in
format that is easy for the
viewer to see whats
going on. I like this format
and I would like
something like this, but
instead of text, pictures!

I like this section on this
homepage because it
was the first thing that
caught my attention. If
people viewing this on my
website were not runners,
I think this would interest
them. I also think that it
would show others what
the Island School
Running Team do!

access and its not “busy”
like some websites are.
It’s clean and easy to
use. However I don’t like
the colours that are used
for this so I would change
that colours.

I like this because it lets
viewers comment about
things. For my website,
this comment section
would be used for other
people to leave their own
tips and advice.
11. Client Contact- Mrs. Leung
Ms. Leung was very happy with my idea
when I emailed her a couple of months
ago. Since then, I have been talking to
her and emailing her about different
ideas for the website.
This is the first email that I got from Ms.
Leung. I asked her questions about the
running. The things that she wanted
included on the website were
photos, results, a blog and a way that
students could contact Ms. Leung
directly.
12. Other Primary Research
As one of my ICT skills, I set up a form on my blogand
sent it to people who are in the running team. These
are the responses that I got back from them.
13. Other Research
As you can see, everyone who did the survey wanted
training times and dates & event time and dates.
However, not everyone wanted the running tips and
nutritional tips. Most people wanted the ability to
email Ms. Leung from the website. Some of the
suggestions from them was that I include a work out
schedule and ways to improve the running time.
