KieranWinrow used several technologies to produce their magazine including Blogger, Google Docs, Google Search, InDesign, and Photoshop. Blogger allowed them to embed elements like countdowns, Prezis, videos, and image galleries. Google Docs provided an online version of Microsoft Office to create forms. Google Search helped with research on other music magazines. InDesign was used for page layout after tutorials and Photoshop was used to edit photos and design magazine elements.

2. Blogger
Blogger at first was quite complicated to use as it was something I was not used to and so after
doing the first 10 or 20 blog posts, I got used to the site and found out that some of my Ict
knowledge began to fit in and so I was able to embed things such as the countdown to the charts
update blog by using the html code. I was also able to embed prezi's a, youtube videos and a
cycling Image gallery to help make my blog more intersting.

3. Google Docs
Google Documents wasn't as difficult to use as it is basically an online version of Microsoft Office
and so was easy to use. I also learned that you can make an online form which was good to use in
my blog posts to gather information about what people would expect to see in a magazine and I
did this by embed it into a blog post .

4. Google Search
Google search was easy to use as I am very used to it as it is something I use every day and so I am
used to using it.This was good for me when trying to research about music magazines as it allowed
me to find out what the other magazines in my genre look like and just do some research about
their content and how they get people to buy their magazine.

5. Indesign
InDesign was also another software that I wasn't really familiar with and so I had to get used to it
and so I used some tutorials online to help me find out how to use the software to the best of my
abiltiy and to make my magazine as good as it could be. I found out how to set out the pages so
that they look like a professional magazine such as the web adress and the page number that is
automatically done.

6. Photoshop
Photoshop was slightly more easier to use as I have had some previous experience with using
photoshop and so this made my time editing the photos and making my Masthead and other
items for my magazine. Using photoshop is the most easiest way to edit the photos and make
them fit the genre of my magazine better.
