The library developed a new IT training initiative to provide individual ICT training to socially marginalized groups in Latvia, such as the disabled, seniors, those living in remote rural areas, young mothers, and the socially marginalized. The project aims to test specialized training as a new library service and include it in the library's service offer to provide social and digital skills to those with limited opportunities for social activity at home.
