This document describes an experiment on egg osmosis. The purpose is to observe osmosis in eggs by placing one in corn syrup and one in water, then measuring changes in weight and size. The hypothesis is that the corn syrup egg will stay the same while the water egg will stay the same. Observations show the corn syrup egg increased in size while the water egg increased in weight and size. The conclusion is that water moved into the corn syrup egg due to higher water concentration outside, and into the water egg for the same reason.
