1) Place egg in
     vinegar- To remove
     shell.
2) Measure weight of
     egg with a balance
3) Measure size of egg
     using measuring
     tape.
4) Place one egg in
     Water, and other
     egg in Corn syrup.
5) Weigh and measure
     both eggs again.
 I think the egg in
    corn syrup will be
    smaller, lighter and
    look deflated.
 I think that the egg
    in the water will get
    larger and heavier
    and look swelled.

Corn Syrup Weight: 71.5 g 50.6g

             Size:16cm
                              14.5g

Water Weight: 71.2 87.5g

 Egg bubbles in
    vinegar.
 Eggs were
    squishy/bouncy.
 After 24 hours the
    beakers were foamy.
 Egg in water for 24
    hours become larger.
 Egg in corn syrup
    become deflated.
 Corn syrup particles
    too big.
 The egg became
    larger.
 Water moved inside
    the egg through
    osmosis.
 Because the egg
    had a lower
    concentration of
    water.
 The egg became
    deflated.
 The water moved
    out of the egg.
 Because the corn
    syrup had a lower
    concentration of
    water.
 Corn Syrup
 Correct.
 The corn syrup egg
    became smaller.
 Water
 Correct .
 The water moved
    into the egg and
    made it bigger.

Corn Syrup  Correct.  The corn syrup egg became smaller.  Water  Correct .  The water moved into the egg and made it bigger.
