Hormone has great impact on our immune system.If your hormones are not actively working it means that your immune system will surely disturb.Not only can imbalances in your hormones like as Thymus ,Estrogen , Progesterone, Cortisol, Steroids and Oxytocin etc contribute to the onset of autoimmune diseases, but autoimmune diseases in and of themselves can cause hormone insufficiency and imbalance. Autoimmune disease occurs when your immune system starts to attack and damage your own tissue and organs.

6. LYMPHOCYTES
• Definition:
A lymphocyte is a type
of white blood cell that
is a part of immune
system
B cells
They produce antibodies
that are used to attack
invading microorganisms
which cause diseased
T cells
It is directly involved in
destroying infected host
cells, producing cytokines,
activating other immune
cells and in regulating
immune response.

7. • The thymus makes white blood cells called T
lymphocytes. These are also called T cells. These
are an important part of the body’s immune
system, which helps to fight infection(Al-
kuraishy,et al.2022)
• And the thymus produces and secretes thymosin,
it’s a hormone necessary for T cell development
and production.

immune system. When levels are high, the immune
system is more likely to trend towards an autoimmune
conditions .This is because estrogen tends to push
immune system signals towards autoimmunity through
stimulation of antibodies(Rahman,et all.2021).
• One way that estrogens influence adaptive immunity is
by impacting levels of circulating antibodies.
