The study investigates the impact of relaxation therapy on standing balance and mobility in stroke patients, revealing significant improvements in both measures when combined with conventional occupational therapy. A total of 30 hemiplegic subjects participated, and results indicated meaningful enhancements in the Berg Balance Scale and Time Up & Go Scale scores after six weeks of intervention. The findings support the hypothesis that relaxation techniques can effectively improve mobility and balance in stroke patients.
