OCT’14 – JAN’15 Lorenzo 18 weeks RTT Validator: Ipswich Hospital, Sulfolk.
Responsibilities: Validating various specialties (Urology, General Surgery etc.) against the
18week start and clock stops, correcting pathways and putting the right RTT Codes for the
differentspecialties. Providing support to users/administrators in the use of correct RTT codes
for different outcomes from outcome forms. Merging duplicate pathways and patient IDs and
making adequate recommendations. RTT training was also provided for the trust staffs,
clarifying them on the appropriate use of the RTT codes.
Aug’14 – SEPT’14 Cerner Floorwalker: St Bartholomew’s Hospital, London.
Responsibilities: support users/administrators in the use of various aspects of the Cerner
applicationinappointmentbooking,inpatient/outpatientadministration, referrals entries, and
stock ordering etc. I also gathered requirements to meet training needs that suits users best,
escalating issues to IT department and provided first line support to all users.
Jan’14 – July’ 14 Rio Support Administrator: St George’s Hospital
ResponsibilitiessupportusersinusingRioapplications for patients care and liaising with other
satellite health centres in the use of the system.

Responsibilities Trained all Administrative staff in various departments on how to use RIO to enter
entryof referrals,movementandoutof clients,clientallocation, check health reviews and collate data
on clinics. Trained staff on how to book appointment on Kodak and manage HCP diaries. Provide on-
going support to users in their basses, gathering requirements to meet training needs that suits them
best. Escalating issues to IT department and provided first line support to all users.

Responsibilities: Monitored and supervised the operation side of the projects in various
locations. Preparing time tables and staff rota system for each location.
