Direct experiences are purposeful because they are not just mechanical motions, but allow students to learn concepts and skills effectively through their senses. If direct experiences are so effective for learning, it implies that the teaching-learning process should provide opportunities for students to learn by doing, use real-world materials when possible, develop their five senses, guide students to find meaning from experiences and elevate their thinking, while not getting stuck on concrete experiences and failing to challenge higher-level thinking.

Personality Development is very important and if students are motivated, early in life, they would be better able to acquire the required life skills and become a better success. As a University Teacher, as a former Director of an Institute of Management, as a Trainer and Motivator, I am convinced that the best thing the educational institutions, at various levels, can do is to initiate the process of self-development, provide the required minimum initial support, and then leave the rest to the students to work out on their own.
