Covenant management refers to agreements between two or more parties that have existed throughout human history between humans and God. Schools can effectively develop social behavior in students by creating classroom rules formed by teachers and students, which establish expectations and consequences. This helps students feel invested while enhancing unity and transparency. Extracurricular activities like student-run radio programs allow creativity to thrive and help shy students gain confidence by performing for their peers. Pledges can spontaneously increase love for one's school and concern for classmates, developing feelings of oneness and preparing students for larger society.

Almighty was there.

representatives from different backgrounds.
• Social behaviour of different members of the
society can be effectively developed in this
platform.
• In the present global situation the social
behaviour is of utmost importance.

• There is maladjustment, lack of caring and
sharing all around us.
• We need to inculcate the mantra of well being
among the next generation.
• We need to inject in them the power to love
and be loved.
