 He was serving as a teacher since 2007. that

 He had never take his work only as duty for which
he had been paid.

for education in village since the lower level of
awareness. people did not ready to send their girl
child to school.
 Hence he felt very poor convince them for obtaining
education.

 It should be internal satisfaction.

 He believes that once he starts believing that he at
the peak of success, from that point he will stop
growing.

end of life.

 His vision is that to reduce drop out ratio of girls as
well as boys in villages due to lack of facilities
related to education.
