Ebriel Livingston was temporarily employed as Administrative Assistant in the office of
Programs & Special Events at the University of Pennsylvania during the spring of 2014. I had
the pleasure of working directly with Ebriel as her supervisor and have seen her capabilities and
potential. Her positive personality, professionalism, can do attitude and administrative abilities
came in handy especially for our office. Our office encounters many unusual requests and
Ebriel always put in 100% to the task or project no matter how big or small it was.
Ebriel’s incredible adaptability with staff and alumni allowed her to truly listen to issue or need to
understand the steps required for a successful outcome all while providing top-notch customer
service. Her attention to detail, friendly disposition and drive to learn new things continues to
build upon her success and strengthen her skills. Ebriel’s natural connection with the people
and her relentless perseverance to always make the customer/staff happy allowed her to
become a much beloved co-worker.
