4. “To have the guts to go no more with
something and create something new”
Innovation and Change
“Implementing new things that have been done before
and exploring new ways of doing something. Pushing our
boundaries to deliver the project cheaper, more
effectively, quicker.”

These projects used a more data centric and digitalised approach – enabling them to more easily:
Identify discrepancies in design
Communicate visual design and impact to local communities
Refine design with people who would be working in and maintaining the newly built product
Plan construction activities and sequences to make them safer and more efficient
On HPC, we believe that we can learn from these other projects to improve how we gather and manage our information, not only during construction, but also in our handover to Operations.
Enhanced Document management
Intelligent linking of Documents to Models and Data
Model & Data Management
Federation of 3D models & data. Multiple formats. Finding, viewing, validation and efficient working with models & associated data.
An enhanced Engineering Procurement & Construction (EPC) Capability
Generally
More clarity on the information we need, who is providing it.
What we have / don’t have.
Making it easier to find the data we need.
Removing manual work arounds (point solutions) e.g. excel
Eliminating uncontrolled document storage & management
