This document outlines the goals and performance of the Blue Ocean Squad (BOS) transformation group. It discusses improving health, work life balance, scaling businesses globally, and supporting each other's success. Goals around voluntary attendance and positively reorienting members' enterprises were met. Key improvements included prioritizing attendance and structuring meetings to benefit members. Rich experience sharing and maintaining a positive mindset despite challenges were also important learnings. Top challenges were keeping meetings valuable over time and aligning new members with the group's culture.
