This paper explores the feasibility of an indoor optical wireless communication system using visible light communication (VLC), detailing its advantages, limitations, and various applications. It utilizes a multiple input-multiple output (MIMO) technique to enhance transmission rates and presents simulation results that indicate high signal-to-noise ratios and bit error rates within optimal communication standards. The research demonstrates the potential for VLC to serve as a reliable alternative to traditional communication systems, particularly where radio frequency methods are inadequate.
