The document discusses ePrep Advantage student activity reports which allow teachers to track student progress in real-time. The reports monitor test scores, study time, video tutorials reviewed, and student performance by subject to identify problems. Teachers can use the reports to quickly identify areas of need, direct students to relevant lessons, and focus class instruction on common problem areas. The reports provide granular oversight of individual and class performance down to incorrect answers on specific test questions.
Best Practices for Implementation of ExamSoft in a Nursing Education EnvironmentExamSoft
Presented by Ms. Michelle Cruz, Graduate Program Associate at Oregon Health and Science University School of Nursing
Introducing new technology into any educational program is never simple, but processes can be put into place to make it easier on everyone. By carefully analyzing the vision of implementing computer-based testing, determining the key stakeholders that will be involved, and agreeing on implementation goals up front, the Oregon Health and Science University’s School of Nursing Ultimately was able to create a structured timeline for execution that helped to meet objectives for faculty, staff, and administrators.
Creating Effective CBT Training for Nursing EducatorsExamSoft
Presented by Ms. Michelle Cruz, Graduate Program Associate at Oregon Health and Science University School of Nursing
Training faculty in using computer-based testing can be a challenge. The Oregon Health and Science University’s School of Nursing and has developed faculty-friendly training process for the on-boarding of technology for their program. Through the development process, they have learned that some methods are more effective than others, especially when teaching faculty that are used to administering exams in paper format. This presentation will share points to consider when training faculty that also have clinical jobs outside of their busy academic careers.
The objective was to create a reporting tool to obtain all the information provided by the course to get closer to the objective of the course. This tool is useful to the students, teachers and managers.

TXDLA 2015 Presentation: Using Unity3D for Creating Simulations for HealthcareE S
A blended team from Texas State University and University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston used Unity3D to create a training module for Linear Accelerator technicians. The training is comprised of linear presentations of content followed by hands on exercises that immerses the student in a simulated treatment room and allows them to acclimate to the clinic environment as well as familiarizing them with the core concepts of a Linear Accelerator.
Organizations are currently opting for Learning Management Systems to organize and track their trainings programs. Here is a presentation on "Using LMS to Evaluate Training".

Orchestration and Feedback in Lab Sessions: ECTEL11Israel Gutiérrez
(Preliminary) Slides for the short paper "Orchestration and Feedback in Lab Session: Improvements in Quick Feedback Provision" at ECTEL 2011, 20-24th September 2011, Palermo (Italy)
Abstract
The goal of any practice or physical education class is typically to enhance and optimize performance in the skills of interest. However, it is sometimes
difficult for students to have a sound understanding of the movement tasks and how to alter their performance based on verbal feedback alone. With
access to portable electronic devices growing rapidly, it is not uncommon for most people to have a cell phone or tablet readily available. Instead of
banishing these devices from the facility, there may be an opportunity to use these devices to better convey points of interest from the instructor to the
student. A single Physical Education class was used to trial the use of video feedback combined with the traditional verbal feedback following a forward
roll sequence for grade. After reviewing the video footage and receiving verbal feedback from their instructor, students not only improved their scores
but also gained confidence in their abilities. The use of personal electronic devices can allow students to see what the instructor sees in order to optimize
their performance. By allowing such devices in the classroom (whether it’s the instructor’s or students’) for instructional purposes only, students can
begin to identify and correct any flaws to their routine or movement skills as early as possible.

Acetabularia Information For Class 9 .docxvaibhavrinwa19
Acetabularia acetabulum is a single-celled green alga that in its vegetative state is morphologically differentiated into a basal rhizoid and an axially elongated stalk, which bears whorls of branching hairs. The single diploid nucleus resides in the rhizoid.
Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
