Today (Web 2.0), users are also content producers through social media and user-generated content. The future (Web 3.0) may include artificial intelligence and seamless social networking. E-marketing strategies have shifted power from sellers to buyers and require engaging users through content marketing, social media, and other inbound tactics. The internet provides opportunities for global reach, personalization, and measurable results but also challenges like media fragmentation.
