This document presents a case presentation for a 17-year-old male patient seeking orthodontic treatment. The patient has poor oral hygiene, multiple cavities, mouth breathing issues, and is complaining about protruding upper front teeth. Clinical examination revealed class II malocclusion, increased overjet and overbite, retroclined upper incisors, and other dental and skeletal discrepancies. The proposed treatment plan is to address oral hygiene issues, extract selected teeth, use fixed appliances, perform orthognathic surgery including maxillary impaction and mandibular advancement, complete post-surgical orthodontics, and implement a long-term retention protocol.
