CUSTOMER SERVICEREP
As a Customer Service Rep for Tiffen I answered incoming call from customers as well as
vendors. I resolved technical issues on both the retail as well as wholesale side of the house,
processed order entry of dealer purchase orders and received expedited delivery dates from
manufacturing for orders needed in a timely fashion. I worked with Purchasing to see when
certain materials would be delivered to manufacturing for assembly. When working with
accounting I assisted them with accounts that had issues with payment and worked with both
sides to resolve these problems to everyone’s satisfaction. I was responsible for credit cards
transactions as well as account balances for a wide range of accounts. I was also responsible for
mailing invoices to our dealers on a daily basis. I worked with Sales Representatives to assure
their dealers were supported to insure customer fulfillment. I facilitated shipments from our

Shipping Department, processed rebates in a spreadsheet and forwarded them to accounting for
fulfillment.

CUSTOMER SERVICEREP
As a Customer Service Rep for General Microwave I answer calls from customers and give them
scheduled shipping date and also take care of any problems that they may have with any aspect
of their order. I work with the Sales Department to coordinate answers to any and all questions
our customer may have. Also as a part of this, I must keep a spreadsheet of all repair units that
are in house. I was also responsible for sending out price quotes to customers for repair or
calibration. This quote information is also stored in my spreadsheet.
As a result of this information that I require, I must also interact with the Test Department and
the Manufacturing Department to ensure that all orders both new and repair are processed in a
timely manner. If there are problems, I must expedite their solution and also procure reports
from the Shipping Department so that as a final service I can inform customers of the ship dates
and waybill information if requested.

Production Control Planner
My duties include but are not limited to opening work orders on new jobs after receiving Daily
Order Reports from the Sales Department, working with document and material control to

material kit. I also input all associated data into a job file in the corporate mainframe system. In
addition, I am also responsible for making all required changes to work orders and then
redistributing the changes to the right personnel.
