million in outbound shipments. Working with SIOP Team with regards to forecasting shipments for current months. Track daily
manufacturing progress of build /completions of units to ensure production line stay in line with current daily ship goals to maintain
steady progress. Identifiying issues that could prevently cause a decrease volume in target shipments. Working with Performance
Team to make sure goals and metrics stay on track discussing protential hiccups that may arise. Prioritizing offset units that are

loss of inventory
 Creating a process map for new equipment merging into all processed flow of units preventing slowing
down of daily productions
 Held Kaizen event for demonstration of new automated system for creating titles for new machines

Reporting directly to the SIOP Information Analyst. Planning for current backlog against current month build. Maintain inventory
volume for future forecast. Placing orders for units that are purchased overseas to meet customer demands. Scheduling d eliveries for
purchased units that are ship ocean freight. Forecast monthly volumes for SIOP goals. Report SIOP data findings weekly to
VP/President. Review material shortages/outage working with buyers to expedite parts so that demands can be met with customer

production line to make sure that current builds where correct within the production assembly line with accordance to the production
blueprints. Audited received inventory checking specifications on 1st article materials. Reconciled inventory that had been rejected so
that database would be visual to what is currently available for build.

Blueprint versus build.
 Intensive checks with packaged surgical kits showed errors in Sealing Machine preventing contaminate kits from being

direction to completion. Carefully paying close attention to the detail of High-Risk kits. Making sure that the these kits are
specifically built to current revisions. Using very strong detail to prevent assembly of high commodity kits. Risk preventing measures
that will create less negative impact on business goals and monthly achievements.
