1. Mechanical and Electrical Balance of Plant Manager. (Northern Manitoba)
BBE Hydro Constructors Ltd. (August 2015 – May 2016) M&E Approx: $100 million of the total project
cost of $1.28 billion.
As an independent contractor providing professional services in the roll of Balance of Plant Manager (BoP) for the
Keeyask Generating Station project in Northern Manitoba, near Gillam, was responsible for:
• The delivery of permanent and temporary mechanical and electrical systems.
• Working with and supporting the project management team to ensure proper integration of the mechanical
and electrical systems within the project.
• Liaise mechanical with the owner and design consultant regarding the design of the powerhouse architectural,
mechanical and electrical systems.
• Planning the construction of the balance of plant.
• Interfacing with the scheduling team to create and update the balance of plant components in the schedule.
• Working with the procurement team to develop bid packages for the various building components.
• Develop workforce estimate for the work tasks
• Development and support safe working procedures for execution of work.
2 Mechanical and Electrical Consultant (Northern Alberta Oil Sands-CNRL)
Omicron Construction Ltd. (April 2014 – Aug. 2015)
Responsible for managing a new mechanical contractor after the original mechanical walked from the project. It
was a very complex mechanical contract with a very tight schedule. All aspects of the mechanical had to be re-
organized and rechecked with the main focus on the completion dates. Reinstate the various sub-contracts to
complete the project

3 Mechanical and Electrical Manager (Northern Alberta Oil Sands-Kearl Lake)
EllisDon Construction Services Inc. (Nov. 2011 – Nov. 2013)
Responsible for managing and coordination of the different mechanical and electrical specialties including controls
and sprinkler systems, as well as all the plant maintenance process piping. Provide information flow to the project
team (contracts, shop drawings, contract changes, and progress claims). This role involved ensuring the project
complies with standards, codes, specifications and design instructions, and assisting in the procurement of materials
and equipment.
