2. Experience
 EX electrical and instrument inspector ,responsible for inspection and
maintenance of instrument installation
 Provided technical support to instrument engineering activities and performed
all repairs in instrument devices and control systems.
 Designed equipment, developed plant specification and site in accordance to
new and upcoming technology.
 Investigated for root cause in case of any instrument equipment related
incidents. Practices and promotes company safety policies and procedures.
 Supervision of Inst. Installation, Inst cable laying, conduit installation, JB
installation, Hook up installation, inspection, calibration, loop checking, site
acceptance test, punch list clearance system sign off, site modification as
required at site condition and discuss with clients changes required at site
 Carry out the calibration, setup and testing different kinds and types of
Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Level Transmitters,
Pneumatic Control Valves, Flow Transmitters, Gas Detectors and other process
instruments associated in the production of Oil & Gas.
 Carry out the work procedures, work package and technical reports for each
job.
 Carry out the daily and weekly activities reports.
Technical qualification
 Hands on experience in construction, commissioning & pre- commissioning,
trouble shooting, start up, shutdown job & preventive / corrective maintenance
 Remarkable experience in Industrial instrumentation and control systems
 Exceptional knowledge of industry codes and regulations
 Familiarity with instrument design, specification and documentation
 Ability to troubleshoot instruments and Safety Instrumented Systems
 Ability to interpret electrical schematic and technical drawings
 Having maintenance and Operation knowledge on thermocouples, pressure
regulated valves, pneumatic signal alarms high and low, pressure and
temperature gauges, electric to pneumatic (I/P) converters, solenoid valve,
pressure regulator filter, electric to pneumatic transducers, limit switches,
RTD’s , pressure switches
 Experienced in using MAXIMO ( Maximo 5 and Maximo7)
