Implement Ohio Improvement Process using the Decision Framework Tool. Actively participate in OIP Meetings Promote Commitment to continuous improvement. Maintain district-wide focus on high achievement for all students Convey to staff, students, parents and the community the district's mission for guiding the development of the focused plan. Provide opportunities for meaningful input and feedback from internal and external stakeholders Develop the District Focused Action Plan which focuses on limited number of district goals, strategies, indicators, and action steps that address the district's highest priorities. Oversee the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the district Focused Action Plan on an ongoing basis, and make the necessary adjustments based on data results. Role of the District Leadership Team
