5. Building Committees Discipline Technology Instruction Each committee will select one chairperson The committees will be made up of at least one person from each of the teams. It is up to each team to determine who serves on each committee. The committees will meet on a bi-weekly basis. The goal is to document building issues and ideas for improvement.
6. Administrative Responsibilities Meet with each team chairperson and committee chairperson on a bi-weekly basis. Communicate with staff members on a daily basis.
